“Got a great deal on appliance, lots cheaper than other outlets. Delivery was good, they brought item in and checked it, found a small dent n gave me the offer of new or a discount, all sorted out in 5mins by driver calling the office. Very impressed.”

“Bought a new tumble dryer. Had a call within 2 hours confirming the delivery date. It arrived as planned with a courtesy call 30 mins before delivery. Great product. Great price. Really helpful service from Anna too. Highly recommend.”

“Product arrived with a terrible gash in the side that penetrated the insulation. Described as a cosmetic dent. No help from company to return it. I will never use this company again.”

“Cheaper (but not reasonable) priced appliances if happy with breakdown after a few months. My cooker stopped working after 8 months of use, costing me a lot more to replace. I would never buy again from Appliance Depot. If I had brought from new in the first place, I would have had a 2 year warrantee but Appliance Depot only offer 60 days.”

“Most excellent service from a reputable company. They contacted me immediately after purchase to arrange the delivery. The Wine Chiller arrived exactly when agreed and was delivered by a very courteous young man. He made every effort to find our new-build property as quickly as possible despite it not yet being on any maps!! Great effort from him and he ensured the chiller arrived in perfect condition. Now it’s installed it’s so wonderfully quiet and works perfectly, as a wonderful addition to the kitchen … and providing beautifully chilled wine!!”

“Curry's let me down (long story) so went searching for the same appliance elsewhere and discovered the AD site... great customer experience. Website worked well, customer service personal rather than just automated, including actual phone calls (shock horror!) and delivery chap was on time, unfazed by the challenge of access and helpful with advice on the bets way to fit it.”

“Their communication was great. From placing the order, confirming delivery date, call the day before to confirm drop number start time and our appx delivery time. Driver rang whilst on route, found us, brought the Fridge/Freezer into the kitchen, checked it was OK and left for his next job. Sounds so easy but so many just can't manage this level of service. Thank you Applicance Depot your customer service is superb.”
