“I was after a washing machine next day and to clinch the deal I phoned the order through and asked the question whether next day available, it was. Pleasantly surprised to get a phone call from delivery company stating will be with you within the hour at 7.45am, arrived 8.20am, excellent. Product bought was a graded item dropped off on a pallet fully boxed in original unopened manufacturers sealed packing. Graded was a slight dent in top corner of box, that's it saving £169 over best UK price including 5 yrs manufacturers warranty and 370 cash back. Goods worked perfect no blemishes nothing, if there wasn't its covered under warranty received within 1/2 hour from manufacturer. In short this company would be my first point of call for any future products we need, wish had found them earlier this time it saved us £270 over Amazon and typical high street prices and £169 over best UK price for what, a dented box.”

“Bunch of jokers my advice would be stay well clear, customer service non existent it's took me 3 months and the help of Barclaycard to sort out a problem that wasn't my fault.”

“Having read some less than flattering reviews about missed deliveries I feel compelled to write a review about our experience which is very positive. Our delivery of a range cooker and extractor hood came yesterday, as promised. The driver rang us an hour before he arrived, as promised. He arrived spot on, an hour later and couldn’t haver been more helpful in getting the very heavy range cooker into the house.”

“I rang early in the day, to find out the details on a graded appliance, they said ther would call me back in 1 hour or so. 4 hours later I called again the chap said he had been busy & would phone me in an hour!! Never got a call. I then decided that if this is how they treat prospective customers, then delivery etc would probably not be good either. so I paid a bit more & found a decent service elsewhere.”

We welcome all enquiries from customers and deal with them in good time, we did in fact call the customer back twice but had no answer, we are very sorry we didn't make contact with you in time so we could have saved you quite a bit of money, please try us again, many thanks.

“Outstanding selection of graded and ex-display items. Very good response to written communication, and quickly reverted back with reasons for grading on the hob I was purchasing. Swift delivery and good communication around delivery dates as well. Thank you Appliance Depot! Order ref 1/14115-1”

“Ordered a Double Oven that wasn't in its manufacturers original packaging , I was a bit apprehensive about that. I needn't have worried, the unit was well strapped to a pallet , wood supports within the packaging , then surrounded with cardboard and bubble wrap. It was probably better packaged than it was originally. Driver called with a timeslot which was exact. Sometimes it all comes together this time it did I was well chuffed and would definitely recommend this company. Gordon”

“We ordered a Brittania cooker excellent value nothing compared i am in Leeds no problem the cooker was delivered by a very pleasant driver. I have since ordered the matching cooker hood with the same excellent price and its being delivered to me today. One great advantage is they keep in touch regarding delivery so i don't have to take a day off work. Excellent company i would recommend to anyone 5 stars”

“Awful To cut a very long story short. Paid for a cooker December 2013. The wrong item delivered (undisputed) in February 14, Only because I paid with a credit card and got MasterCard involved got a refund March 15”

We acknowledged delivery of wrong cooker when notified by customer however this was 6 months after he received it and the item had been used during this time. The conclusion was we gave a full refund to the customer for an item that had heavy use and was not like new anymore, cost us a fortune, normally issues are hilighted by the customer with a couple of weeks which would have meant a swift return of product and immediate refund.

“When my frustration with having to do the washing up finally overcame me, I contacted The Appliance Depot to find out about their graded Bosch slimline dishwashers. They were brilliant. They found me the one with the least marks on, reserved it for me and carried it out to the car with a courteous smile and several cheeky comments! Excellent service and brilliant price!”

“I have a cool Best downdraft extractor and the amazing Bosch combi microwave oven both are graded but were both just out of their boxes and for that I got about £350 saved from their normal cost. The service was good and though they took about ten days to arrive they were delivered just as promised and on time. Very happy.”

“For those of you like myself that didn't know this centre existed then your in for a surprise, don't be fooled by the unassuming frontage this place is packed with every type of appliance. If like me your worried about the term graded don't be, I'm a bit fussy but found it very hard to find the defect on the oven I purchased, I'm not saying there perfect hence the price which in my experience was £200 below list. Given that the manufactures guarantee still applies; bargain. I have to the staff were very helpful, not pushy and were able to negotiate on the marked price, if nothing else it's worth a look.”
