“Oven was damaged. When I called to speak to someone, I was spoken to rudely. Also, my kitchen fitter said he believed the oven was reconditioned so that's unacceptable as I bought it as brand new. Quick refund received though thank you.”

“Excellent service from order to delivery into our kitchen and unpacking. Ex display Siemens dishwasher to replace our previous 17 yr old Siemens. New machine beautifully quiet, excellent cleaning results and time to finish readily available with the app and the gentle blue light (left hand side) tells you it is in action (as it is so quiet!)”

“Excellent service and communication from order through delivery. Though ex-display the Siemens dishwasher is in almost perfect condition and the price offered made this a bargain. Will certainly use again for white goods in the future. Can certainly recommend!”

“I found Polly ‘aggressive’ in her communication style and had to ask her not to talk to me like that especially as I was sold a product with secondary damage. I would’ve bought a replacement appliance from you but she literally couldn’t be bothered and didn’t pursue it when I asked her. She gave no details and just said I’d have to pay more which I knew anyway! All in all not a good experience for me. Anna however was much more customer focussed and always replied in a friendly manner.”

“It was as described, the item was graded, missing the packaging with no damage, and that is what I got! Quick and good communication with the company in terms of nominated delivery. I will suggest that the packaging substitute could have been better.”

“Excellent order process and customer service Was an issue as I had delayed delivery until the end of January and then the item could not be located in the warehouse. Offered the choice of refund or ordering new item from website - refunded immediately and then I subsequently reordered an alternative. Went out of way to expedite delivery to keep to original schedule and delivery driver most helpful and professional. Would use again”
