“They were great overall. The communicated by email and phone to organise a delivery date and we're great at ringing to let us know that the driver was on its way. Very efficient service! The product was exactly as described.”

“Excellent service and communication from order through delivery. Though ex-display the Siemens dishwasher is in almost perfect condition and the price offered made this a bargain. Will certainly use again for white goods in the future. Can certainly recommend!”

“I found Polly ‘aggressive’ in her communication style and had to ask her not to talk to me like that especially as I was sold a product with secondary damage. I would’ve bought a replacement appliance from you but she literally couldn’t be bothered and didn’t pursue it when I asked her. She gave no details and just said I’d have to pay more which I knew anyway! All in all not a good experience for me. Anna however was much more customer focussed and always replied in a friendly manner.”

“It was as described, the item was graded, missing the packaging with no damage, and that is what I got! Quick and good communication with the company in terms of nominated delivery. I will suggest that the packaging substitute could have been better.”

“Excellent order process and customer service Was an issue as I had delayed delivery until the end of January and then the item could not be located in the warehouse. Offered the choice of refund or ordering new item from website - refunded immediately and then I subsequently reordered an alternative. Went out of way to expedite delivery to keep to original schedule and delivery driver most helpful and professional. Would use again”

“I cannot believe how well the whole transaction went.The "used" cooker was like new.Pristine and beautiful.And my offer was accepted so it was a very reasonable price.Transport arrangements were arranged for me and all went like clockwork.Delivery was very reasonable and driver was helpful in getting the cooker indoors. To be honest they have performed brilliantly.Highly recommend the company.”
