“This was the first time I had purchased anything from The Appliance Depot. And wasn’t sure what to expect from a smaller independent company. I can say I was very much pleasantly surprised by the service I received from start to finish, great customer service kept me updated with delivery date and when my oven was delivered, the driver was super helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend enough.”

When they couldn't locate the item that I purchased, Anna gave me a fantastic replacement as a goodwill gesture from them. “ordered fridge - fridge turned up, no issues or problems - they kept me informed of delivery info etc and all went smoothly. Fridge works well as expected - hardly a mark on it, in fact the blemishes they highlighted on-line were very difficult to spot. Would use again no problem.”

“Purchased an American Fridge Freezer. Unfortunately it was delivered with some scuff marks and dents. Contacted the office and promptly resolved following an email exchange with the helpful staff.”

“Easy to search the appliances. Helpful staff on phoning. The delivery was quick and I was phoned and given an hours notice as advised. The appliances appear high quality and with minimal damage. Although the cooker was said to be lightly used it appears to be brand new with only minor cosmetic scratches. It will be a while until I can see if the cooker and hood work as our kitchen is being built. When I say below that the item was damaged, I only mean the damage that was expected on the cooker. The hood was undamaged.”

“We came to you on our daughters recommendation as she found you to be very helpful.Sadly that has not been our experience firstly we had a large order including a range cooker larder fridge dishwasher cooker hood and splashback.The van driver was lovely and helpful.the blurb on your website said someone should be available to help the driver, not to take half the weight.We are both elderly and my husband has had 3 stents but was obliged to take half the weight after we had paid £69 for delivery. Following delivery we discovered that the Bosch larder fridge would not open .My husband called your office and the attitude of the receptionist was what's that to do with us , and told him to contact Bosch when my husband explained that our contract is with you she was quite antagonistic and when she thought my husband was off the line was heard on loudspeaker to say f--ck off so that my11 year old grandson heard it all. So we contacted Bosch who sent an engineer .|He managed to open the fridge and found that the topmost dairy box had come loose and then wedged in the fridge so damaging the inner lining and making it unusable. He took photos and said he would send a report to Bosch and for us to contact you. My husband phoned and unfortunately got Miss antagonism again saying it was up to us to get the report from Bosch who on being contacted gave him a reference number to give to you so that you could access the report. Not to be thwarted by a difficult woman he phoned again and this time the charming Laura took it all in hand. our worry is what if something is wrong with any of the other items will all this unpleasantness have to be repeated £3800 is no small amount o f money to pay to told to F off”

“Very positive experience. Photos of product and product information on website extremely helpful and allowed me to select the product according to our needs. Great price, friendly and on-time delivery service. I purchased a Samsung American Style Freezer. Don't get next day delivery, or removal of old goods, but that's reflected in the savings. I'm very happy with the product, delivery and customer services received. Driver was friendly and helpful - first class.”

“Very easy for us to speak to you on the phone and order / pay for the fridge freezer . The FF was delivered by palletways , kidds Transport LTD, Lancaster, this was a very efficient service, very happy with them also. If everything in life was so easy! So pleased the the Bosch F. F Thank you very much Margaret Dent”

“Excellent, friendly, efficient staff. The cooker was well wrapped but has three dents, the sides and the back. Presumably these happened at the factory. Fortunately they wont affect the workings or the aesthetics of the appliance. I would use the Appliance Depot again.”
