“Just purchased a Bosch Integrated Microwave. Excellent price and service saved over £70, product delivered as described, absolutely perfect, box had been previously opened. Registered my product with Bosch for full warranty without any problem. Delivery driver was very friendly and called me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Will be my first place to look for future appliance purchases.”

“Appliance arrived non-functional - not as described on the website. Took 3 weeks from ordering to having the issue resolved satisfactorily via a full refund and I was without an oven in the meantime. Very disappointing from a service point of view but provided nothing goes wrong and you're prepared to wait all day for delivery its "ok".”

“I was struggling to understand which kitchen mixer tap to order and the guys ay Appliance depot were brilliant from start to finish. Not only was the tap the cheapest I could find online, the patience from the team in answering my questions and my indecisiveness was really appreciated. tap came faster than expected too. Thanks guys :)”

“Very good service from start to finish. A special shout out to the staff who were very helpful when I visited the warehouse on Saturday 3rd August which prompted me to return and place an order. Delivery driver Ben went above and beyond.”

“Company did not contact me on the delivery and I had to call them once a week for three consecutive weeks to arrange the delivery and every time they promissed to deliver next Tuesday. At the end of the third week they have asked for my photo ID to provide. This company are big scammers and I have reported them to the police.”

“Bought a Bosch American fridge freezer, the description said it had no damage, and was grade A . I thought it was to good to be true, as it was £500 cheaper than anywhere else, but it was exactly as described, I registered a 5 year warranty with Bosch. Would definitely recommend. Also would like to thank Ben who delivered it to us, who helped me to get it into our kitchen, would have been stuck without his help 😁.”

“I have used them for different large kitchen & laundry products over the last few years. I have selected items where the scratch or dent will not show in my specific location for it, so it is as good as buying new, but at a good price. Efficient and reliable sales and delivery service. To be recommended.”

“Very pleasant helpful conversation with staff when adding an extra item to my delivery. Delivery arrived on time, delivery driver polite and helpful. Haven’t used the appliances yet (new kitchen to be installed) but they are in excellent condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Went above and beyond to meet my needs, the order arrived as agreed , I was able to install it immediately and it is working brilliantly, this was graded due to box damage nothing at all wrong with the appliance will definitely use again in the future when requiring replacement goods overall very satisfied customer.”
