“Dear Customer Service, Thank you for all the information concerning our delivery this morning. Kieran arrived at approx 7.30am and with the help of my son manoeuvred the 3 items into my kitchen. Kieran was extremely helpful, polite and friendly, and I would like to express our thanks for a trouble free delivery. All items are damage free and are working. “I recently bought a cooker from these guys. It was as at a great price and I knew the make, as I was replacing the same make cooker after 20 good years with it. The website was easy to use, extremely compact and told you exactly what you needed to know. I booked a specific delivery, and got a speedy response to confirm it. It arrived today. The driver called me prior to delivery, as promised. On arrival he got the large cooker into my house (only a few steps to navigate). He couldn’t have been more accommodating. I heartily recommend this company.”

“I had read quite a few reviews online and it was very mixed all of the negative comments seem to of been from rude customers or people who didn’t read that they sell items with dents etc so I decided to take the plunge and hope for the best! Financially I’m not in the position to be buying a brand new dryer as I’m on maternity leave and as it’s going in the garage a few dents doesn’t mater… I brought a slightly used one and when it came it was in far better condition than I thought it would be and couldn’t believe I got it for the price. Unfortunately when I tried it out it didn’t work and never removed the water from the clothes. After the reviews I read I was dreading the phone call incase they refused to help. Anna was excellent she was so helpful and as it was the weekend said she would call with an update on Monday when the managers were in. I managed to get another one the same make and of similar condition sent out. The next time a van was in my area was in 12 days but I really needed the dryer for babies clothes. Anna managed to get a driver out to me today to do the exchange. I have just finished my washing load and it works and the clothes feel lovely and soft 🥰! So glad I ignored the negative comments. Just goes to show the company are great with issues if spoken to in a suitable manor. I am now very happy with my new dryer and the savings I have made on it compared to buying it new!!”

“Ordered an extractor fan that could not be fitted due to a kitchen designer error. Cancelled order prior to item leaving premises and refund for appliance very quickly sorted. Excellent customer service and apologies again for the messing around, which was nothing to do with Appliance depot - but your assistance in sorting the problem is very much appreciated.”

“Phoned up over a item gave them hem my code and asked if the one that they was listing was the same I was told yes drove 80 miles there and 80 miles back opened it up the following morning only to find out that it was not correct our was the same code except ours had /03 at the end compared but again was to,d it was the same looks like been hard work getting it returned”

“We spoke to Polly and within few minutes, she went through the details of the washing machine we wished to purchase. Also agreed to a convenient delivery date which is a big help for us. Excellent and efficient service provided by Polly. Certainly an asset to the company.”

“Fantastic customer service before and after placing our order. Anna couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. We initially said we were going to have our 5 appliances delivered and then we changed it to collection which was organised for us in very little time. The lads in the warehouse had the van loaded and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes.”

“The item we bought was a good price. The lady we dealt with on the phone sorted out our queries very efficiently and then went ahead to take our order over the phone and ensured the the item would be delivered when we wanted. All throughout she was very friendly - excellent.”

“The delivery was on time and messages were sent to say when arrival was to be expected. The driver helped to carry the new fridge into the kitchen. The minor dents on the side of the under-counter fridge were of no significance once the fridge was in place, and were exactly as portrayed on the website. The price saving against an undamaged fridge from another supplier was around £100.”
