“Great transaction with Appliance Depot. Brought a Neff fridge and extractor hood from them in January sale. Very smooth purchase on the website. Honest assessment of damage to packaging. Great communication regarding delivery. Definitely shop with them again.”

“Throughout our discussions with all of your personnel they picked up the phone quickly, spent time explaining the options available to us and completed the order process with little fuss. Anna took control of the delivery process which was very efficient- other than our cooker arrived at 6am (exactly as planned) rather earlier in the morning than we would have liked to have been up to receive such an item. The driver was extremely helpful.”

“Ex showroom Freezer arrived with a deep scratch to paintwork on lower part of door. So I covered this with Energy efficency label supplied. Now we have a brand new Freezer with no flaws at an advantageous price. HAPPY DAYS !”

“Ive just taken delivery of a washing machine so cannot comment on its performance but so far have found the service excellent-the company was easy to contact and answered my questions promptly and the delivery of the machine proved efficient and helpful. I'll certainly use the company again.”

“I was told the washing machine a a couple of small dents on the side but on arrival of the washing machine it was obvious that the machine was in a lot worse state. Upon calling The Appliance Depot they said I could have another £30 off the purchase price if I kept the machine but had to make a decision straight away while the driver was still at my house. I decided to keep the machine and plugged it in and put on a load. The cycle didnt take the time it should have and kept jumping in time and the clothes came out dirty. It is clear the machine has been abused and its faulty. I called the The Applicance Depot and the girl was very rude and made it quite clear that I couldnt return the machine and the problem is now mine and not theirs. Said I had to contact Bosch to get it fixed! I asked the manager to call me but hasnt done so. I cant beleive this service and surely my purchasing rights shouldnt allow me to be in this situation. I would be happy to swap for a machine that works but girl wasnt interested. I would not use this company as they made it very clear customer service is not important.”

“I didn’t realise this site was for graded goods initially. Didn’t even know what graded goods were until I spoke to their order line. If I had known I would probably have been put off ordering. I’m really pleased I proceeded. I have received an perfect product (grade 1 - packaging damage only) at a reduced price. Service was efficient and the delivery driver was very helpful.”

“Placed an order Boxing Day for a washer dryer and was told 12 days later item cannot be found in their depot. They have refunded me but very disappointing service. I’ve missed out on sale item as a result.”
