“I have only Given a 2 star because I payed for a fast delivery apparently 48 hour service which I sent on Monday through my local post office. Thought at the very very latest it would come by Friday. No my urgency and cheek of paying extra for a fast service came the following Monday. What can I say it’s an important service but felt let down it took so long on a serious legal matter.”

I have checked your order record which shows we received the document in our office on Tuesday and we received your payment on Wednesday afternoon after our cut off for processing documents. We started processing your document on Thursday morning and completed the legalisation on Friday then dispatched your document which was delivered to you the next working day. On receipt of payment the order was completed in 1-2 working days as quoted then dispatched by the next working day courier as requested.
