“The site states 1-2 days to proceed, however, it took slightly more. I paid extra for next day delivery but that doesn't include Saturdays, no info was on their site. I received the letter back on Tuesday as the driver failed to deliver it on Monday, I was at home the whole Monday! Apostille service was helpful and they refunded me for the next day delivery fee, lucky me I manage to catch the deadline for the reason I wanted the apostille.”

I have checked your order and we completed the legalisation in the fastest possible timeframe. Unfortunately, Saturday is not a working day which is why the courier firm did not deliver on this day.
