“The process was very efficient and quick, although a bit expensive. Staff were extremely responsive, which was very appreciated. I did not receive the scanned documents before receiving the legalised documents (for which I paid a fee), but Apostille.org has accepted to refund it.”

“The site states 1-2 days to proceed, however, it took slightly more. I paid extra for next day delivery but that doesn't include Saturdays, no info was on their site. I received the letter back on Tuesday as the driver failed to deliver it on Monday, I was at home the whole Monday! Apostille service was helpful and they refunded me for the next day delivery fee, lucky me I manage to catch the deadline for the reason I wanted the apostille.”
