“Only use this service if you don't mind your documents being damaged. They returned my degree certificates in a standard envelope, without "do not bend" written on the envelope. My certificates arrived folded. I asked them for an explanation, they responded that this is their standard procedure. No apology given. They should make this clear to customers when they are ordering and give them the option to pay for a proper envelope/ advise them to send one.”

“What a great service. I needed a birth certificate and apostille delivered to Mexico. Worse still, the part of Mexico that I am in, really does not have any sort of reliable, regular postal service. However, in this case the delivery was fast, as promised, and easy. When I called for clarification, the help was simple to understand and accurate. Hopefully I won't need the service in the future, but if I do, I won't hesitate to use them again. 100% recommended!”

“What a company this is, I did not realise that my documents required an Apostille stamp to get married, one week and one day before I fly, contacted them Wednesday afternoon, posted the documents special delivery and had everything back on Saturday. Everyone very helpful, spoke to numerous people during the timescale and they delivered exactly as they said they would. Litterly saved my wedding.”

“I received my documents back yesterday after a total of 6 weeks. This was far longer than I had anticipated especially as I was told it would take 7-10 days. Nevertheless they have returned and I can now send them onto the school in UAE. Communication was good when I emailed to ask where the documents were and they explained the reasons for the delays (not apostille.org fault). Maybe it would be good to have a more realistic time frame shown as I wouldn't mind waiting if the 6 weeks if told this.
