“It's a good service, reasonably priced for the service they offer. Only issue was that I paid a bit more for courier delivery, but it took the same amount of days to come back and was posted through my letter box. Other than that, great service. Will defo use again.”

“The Apostille Service itself was excellent. However, it was let down badly by its choice of courier who took three days to deliver the envelope. The first day the driver claimed that there was no answer even though I was at home all day, the second day the driver claimed that there was no such address. It took several emails, phone calls and tweets to get a successful delivery. I took time off work to wait at home for deliveries which never arrived. I suggest that The Apostille Service should review its choice of courier and use the Royal Mail Recorded Next Day Delivery instead.”

We have used several courier services over the last 20 years and all of them are dependent on the individual driver on the route that day.
