“Excellent customer service and quality. I appreciated the honesty during the process, this company definitely wants to make sure the customer gets what they're paying for rather than just taking our money. I wish all companies were like that. They are also very professional and efficient. The whole process took less than I expected. As an addition to the question below, I communicated with the company via Live Chat, Email, and was contacted by Telephone to double check if the order was correct. Excellent communication. 10/10.”

“I sent my documents via International DHL Express, they received them and sent them for legalisation the same day. Within 24 hours, they had legalised my documents and shipped them back with DHL Express. Total turnaround time for this company was 24 hours, and the price was very good (when factoring in the DHL Express International Delivery back) compared with other similar companies. I will definitely use this company again if I need any further documents legalised. Very impressed!”

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that all requested services were completed, including the apostille with solicitor certification, translation of the front of your DBS certificate, translation of the apostille, and a scanned copy of the completed documents. The translation of the reverse side of the DBS certificate was not included in the original order, and as this is rarely required for official use, it was not automatically included. However, if you do need this additional translation, we are happy to assist and have already offered a reduced fee to complete it as soon as possible. “Their customer service team is absolutely the best. I was in panic since Royal Mail delayed my documents to them due to Christmas rush. I was assisted by Lewis Downey, and he went above and beyond to help me , he had checked their freshly incoming mails for me ( and found my letter) , and accommodated all my ” 0 hour stressed “ random requests, which was even confusing for me, however he was extremely patient and kind during my brainstorm. “I contacted Apostille.org because I needed to apostille my Bachelor in Marketing Management degree (Staffordshire University) in order to be able to make a Declaration of Equivalence in Spain. I chose Apostille with Solicitor Certification because I had to apostille the degree and the transcript separately, and I wanted to make sure that there would be no further problems with the Spanish Ministry of Education.
