“I first used this company many years ago on a visit to their alpaca farm. I have previously only ordered by phone where I have found the staff to be so helpful and friendly. I have recommended them to many of my friends and therefore didn't hesitate to write this review. Keep up the good work.”

“The choice was all a bit modern. As M&S found out its the traditional designs and patterns which sell best over a long period. Hence they become traditional. May I suggest you take a look at Wool Over?”

“We have had our alpaca pillows for a week now, they have been very comfortable & would not sleep on anything else now. They arrived quickly as promised & DPD were brilliant at keeping me updated with there progress. We went to your shop last year & bought the duvet which does keep you warm in winter & cool in summer!! We love our alpaca bedding & can't wait to snuggle under it every night! The quality & service is brilliant we will definitely shop again.”

“My experience in dealing with the Alpaca clothing company was very pleasant. I was first contacted by email but since I was on holiday through the Xmas period and I had an out of office notice on I was then contacted by Mobile telephone. I spoke to the sales person and they advised exactly when my Item would be delivered and everything went to plan. I could not be more satisfied with the level of service provided. “Sandra Scott (Alpaca shearer!) bought me two pairs of socks for Christmas last year. II thought that they were probably the most comfortable socks I have ever worn so I decided to add four more pairs to my collection; almost a weeks worth now! “Had been searching for a particular bag as a gift, found it on the Alpaca site and after a couple of goes managed to order it. Initially a message came up saying I couldn't order just one bag, then the site seemed to freeze. However I wasn't going to be beaten. Have to say, I was amazed at how quickly it arrived once the order was placed, and I was able to specify where I wanted the parcel left if I wasn't in.”
