“I ordered 2 small Spirit of the Andes T shirts from you. The black one was perfect but the blue one despite also bring small was much larger with very baggy sleeves ( it is on its way back to you). The quality of the cotton was excellent and the delivery very speedy. I am sorry Spirit of the Andes is in liquidation. Jill Marx”

“The trousers that I ordered arrived quickly and exactly at the time slot that I was given. I am pleased with them as the fit is perfect for me, quality of fabric and finish is excellent.I have several pairs of Brax trousers so knew the sizing I was looking for.”

“I ordered som Brax clothing on a friday late in the afternoon around 17.30 pm and I promptly got an acknowledgedment of my order - the company said approx 4 working days and to my big surprise the parcel came the next Monday - I have never had such a good exxperience with an internet shop - and I shall continue to buy Brax here and maybe try some of the other brands they have. Customer service was super and very personell - you really feel that you have somebody who cares about your purchases at the other end.”

“Been trying to find Brax Carlos Jeans without success and the Carlos style is apparently discontinued. Sent Email to Alpaca and Chantelle came back same day to say they had just 2 pairs left, one luckily in my size. Ordered them and they arrived midday next day bang on the time slot the carrier advised - delighted! Lovely people to deal with, so helpful and a superb carrier service, couldn't recommend them more.”
