“The customer service is second to none they replied to my e-mail and telephone enquiry with enthusiasm I cannot thank them enough as the item I wanted was out of stock but they managed to source the item which I might add is a Christmas present once ordered placed the slippers came the next day I would highly recommend the company and products”

“Bought the two airs of socks for my hubby for Christmas. I know he will live them as I had bought some before. So lovely and warm and love the patterns too. On looking through the brochure that was sent with the socks, I saw a lovely scarf for myself so my daughter is buying it for Christmas for me!!”

“I have already send an email expressing my gratitude to Chantelle, the lady who helped me when I couldn’t find the slippers I wanted in my size! Chantelle was always quick to respond and showed me the new slippers which were coming out and offered me a pre order. My mail read: They are absolutely beautiful. My last ones from you lasted nearly 3 years before wearing down at the bottom - considering I wear them every single day that is amazing! Thank you so much for a great and personal customer experience and for an amazing product. I am having a wooden floor laid downstairs on Saturday so they will be perfect!”

“I received The Alpaca Clothing Co. catalogue through the post & when I thumbed through the pages was immediately drawn to the alpaca slippers! I ordered a pair for my younger daughter for Christmas. When they arrived (in very good time) they made me smile! They look fun & are incredibly soft! I loved them so much that I immediately ordered another pair for my older daughter! Thank you!
