“I went on Google to look for an alpaca jacket and found this company. The perfect jacket was on the site and in the sale Too! I ordered and was thrilled with the speed of arrival of my parcel. The jacket is high quality, perfect fit ( I was guided by the size chart on line)and I couldn't be more pleased. Keep the on line option please so I can shop again from Staffordshire. If I'm ever in your area I shall certainly call in. Thank you”

“This is the second sweater my husband has bought to replace a much loved one he has had for about 15 years but still looking perfect until I washed it in the machine. The online colours were not exactly what he wanted but we decided to trust the description and our previous experience of the muted colours of the alpaca garments. He is absolutely delighted. They are very light but really warm, ideal for travel and match a variety of trousers. The despatch was very efficient. Well done The Alpaca Clothing Co. you saved the day!”

“They go out of their way with customer service to make sure that you get what you need if they have not got it they try their best to find an alternative. I particularly appreciated this at Christmas time when they had a shortage of an item and they called me and suggested an alternative which was actually better than the original item I had thought of buying. Their pacels come quickly via courier and do not have too much wrapping which is fantastic. Plus I love Alpacas so anything associated with Alpacas is always in my love list.”

“Excellent! Ordered during the Easter weekend. The Alpaca Clothing Co. sent out the items on the first working day and they arrived the following day. Items were alpaca and cashmere socks. They are really nice; so comfortable. Also I know from experience that alpaca socks are extremely hard wearing and comfortable. I have worn alpaca socks for many days when walking and trekking and camping in the Lake District and can testify regarding their durability and comfort.”

“Excellent, speedy service with a very well packed parcel, but the best thing is the quality of the pima cotton t-shirts. I have bought these for many years from another company and they fit beautifully and wash superbly so will last from season to season. So lovely to find a good range of colours, although more, darker ones would be welcome (I never wear pale colours).”
