“Bought alpaca socks when visiting Lake District 2015 and love them. Decided to try the leg warmers, colour on website a bit bright so called to check if there were other colours available. very helpful lady advised on alternative options so ordered a pair and they are just what I wanted, lovely quality”

“A slight hiccup in that something I ordered wasn't in stock; however, I received a call within an hour of placing the order to inform me and was offered the chance to cancel the order, replace said item with something else or have a refund for the out of stock item. Couldn't ask any more really! I was also impressed by the quick dispatch and delivery. Overall, excellent customer service with a far more personal feel to it than some other traders out there. I would definitely order again and recommend to a friend.”

“this is my second order from you and I have been very satisfied with the service on both locations. Hence I came back and will continue to do so!! :) Unfortunately, on this occasion, the fit of the trousers is not great. Brax Everest fit brilliantly, and I falsely assumed that Brax Ernesto would be the same fit! Too tight in the thigh and too wide at the bottom. :( I intend to return them within the terms of your policy. Thanks again for the great service. P”

“We always pop in when we are in the vicinity but not too often as we live on the East Coast. It is good now to be able to order from a distance. The service has been exemplary.When I rang over the bank holiday the phone was answered [beyond the call of duty]. The items ordered arrived promptly when promised.Its a pity I can't measure myself properly.Socks though are excellent. A pleasure to deal with.Others could learn a lot”

“I have always received excellent service from the Alpaca Clothing Co whether I have shopped in store by telephone or online. Although I live in London I often visit my friends in Cumbria and we always visit the shop, which is in a scenic area, we also like to see the alpacas and have tea and cake before we leave. The telephone service is always courteous and efficient with all queries answered and goods dispatched very promptly. The alpaca knitwear and other clothing and soft toys that I have bought are of the best quality. I cannot fault The Alpaca Team.”

“I heard about you from a chum who had visited you and bought a wallet with which he was delighted. I went online and tracked down a purse that a girl friend wanted, ordered it at 16.00 and received it the next morning at 10.00. Not only was the service exemplary, but she too is more than delighted with the product. Thank you.”

“Very easy to order from site. Arrived very promptly. Had item delivered to daughter's boyfriend who is wrapping it for Christmas so honestly can't comment yet on quality etc. Just hope she loves it. If it's as nice as I hope then will definitely use site again and recommend to friends. Best Wishes to all for a Happy Christmas and a prosperous and peaceful New Year. PS would hope to upgrade to 5* when I hear daughter's comments”
