“Visited the shop whilst on holiday full of lovely stuff some of which i bought. Got home decided it was so good bought some more. Service was extremely good both in the shop and on line.”

“I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the clothing that I ordered. The navy blue V necked alpaca sweater was of superior quality to the one that I lost recently, the Brax jeans were certainly as good as any I have ever had. I was phoned several times by Chantelle to check up on delivery; what a delightful and caring way to treat customers and to do business. Chantelle is a credit to the Company. Delivery was fast and packaging was secure and tidy.”

“Delivery is very fast and the quality of the product seems to be fine (need to wear and wash my jumper yet). I find the sizing a bit confusing, ordered a M first which I usually wear but was to tight to wear a blouse under. I exchanged for a L which is only marginally bigger. The sleaves on the L are a bit on the long and wide side, the body could be a bit longer. All in all very pleased with this company.”

“I wanted an Alpaca jumper for my husband as he feels the cold a lot but heavy jumpers cause him discomfort. I knew it would be costly so we (that's me and our 3 sons) are giving it as a joint Xmas present. The jumper I chose is a really gorgeous design and I am absolutely delighted with it but of course the proof will be when he wears it - does it keep him cosy. I found your service to be highly efficient. Thank you”

“The scarf arrived very quickly and was exactly as pictured on the website. It was of high quality and would recommend the Alpaca clothing Co. My only gripe is that it was packed in a rather creased sellophane bag . I intended to give it as a gift , so will have to buy some tissue paper to wrap it in .”
