“I have made a number of online purchases with Alpaca and have always been very happy. The quality of the products is excellent, delivery is fast and the packaging is great. The website is safe and easy to use and over the phone assistance is available if required (Chantelle is great). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Alpaca website for online purchases.”

“I bought a pair of brax cords and they have been washed once and they have shrunk an inch .They were washed on 30 degrees and dried in the open air .Considering the price I am very dissatisfied with them.”

“I ordered 3 pairs of socks and reveived them in Canda within 3 days. colours are lovely amd socks soft amd comfortable......will be coming back for more and will but as gifts It is not easy to find nice well fitted alpaca socks...”

“I love the bedsocks but the casting off at the top is too tight so they are difficult to get on - can just do it and once on they are very comfortable. Just a bit worried that the continual hard stretching will cause severe wear. Poor is not quite how I rate them but it isn't normal either . . . not quite right, would be a better description in this case.”
