“My sweater arrived today here in Canada. It is even more beautiful than on the website. The colours are very vibrant and although by the time I paid the exchange and the dreaded Canadian sales tax the sweater cost me almost 500 dollars but worth every penny! Love it and will definitely be a continued customer. Thank you. Barb”

“Very pleased with the leather handbag I ordered and the service was good. My only complaint is that the e- mail I received informing me that my order had been dispatched was headed Parcelforce Worldwide and referred to an order from G & S Specialist Timber. I thought that it had been sent to me in error or was part of a scam. There was no mention of The Alpaca Clothing Co.”

“I have just made my first purchase with alpaca. I live in Australia so time difference was difficult although I came across a lady online called Chantelle who absolutely went out of her way to help me. We needed to make a few emails backwards and forwards until I made the purchase and truly it was because she took the time with me and instantly answered my emails that that is why I did finally make the purchase. And I know that if anything should go wrong I can contact this lady again who will help me get it sorted. Fabulous company to deal with. Thank you.”

“Due to a website error the initial product I ordered was out of stock. I was told the next working day and instantly refunded. But then to my suprise I was offered a different product at a discounted price due to the error. This I was not expecting. I cant praise you all enough for this and I will be shopping here again for sure. Oh and by the way the product is top notch. Highly recommended.”

“Bag & Purse arrived promptly, really pleased with it. Great service too! I will be back to buy again and will be recommending to my friends & family. One point I would like to mention. I called the telephone number on the website for 'The Alpaca Clothing Company' it was answered by a Timber Company. When my order was on its way, I received a text, which is a really helpful idea but again, from the Timber Company. I did mention this when I called and perhaps it is already been sorted. :D”

“Bought your socks, very comfortable and keep feet warm (very important, out and about with dog, and in garden) however slight shrinkage when washed in machine (at low temperature as directed). Have purchased some more as overall very pleased.”

“I'm very impressed with the quality, cost and customer service. Having discovered very reasonable priced alpaca slippers here I purchased them for my partner. To begin with I was unable to claim the free delivery so emailed them when I was done. I had an apologetic response within hours and to top it they sent it via parcel force the next day along with the refund. My partner loves them, they look great and I'd recommend The Alpaca Clothing Co to anyone looking for a great gift”
