“A big thank you to Nick from NSW Aerials, who came today to sort out our TV problems. We called Wendy on Saturday and she made an appointment for today (Monday). He did lots of tests to identify the problems and had the parts with him to repair the equipment. He was courteous and thorough and we know where to go if we need further help. Would highly recommend.”

“I just want to say a massive thank you to you and your engineer Jez who fitted my new aerial today in Upton Wirral. He was truely amazing with his knowledge and so clean and tidy too, which is very unusual today. I was surprised how quick this was done, but then again, what a great set up and great professionalism too. 5 star rating all the way and wish I could give 10. You will be the first I call again in the future as I want a dish at some point ... I'm still shocked how good this service is..Thank you .. Sarah ...Upton ...Wirral ...”

“I would like to give a 5 star review for this service. Nick called to fix my satellite dish at the scheduled time despite the constant heavy rain. He told me what the problem was and how much it would cost before going ahead with the repair. He fixed the LNB which was full of water and was cracked. Everything is now working as normal and I really appreciate him doing this work during such inclement weather! Also, I appreciate his advice on some of the Sky products. Thank you again, Nick!”

“Called with a faulty satellite signal. Engineer turned up when he said. Sorted the fault and reset the system, reception now perfect. Paid the price quoted over the phone. Happy with the service.”

“Was having problems with my aerial, and after doing an internet search found wefitaerials. The reviews were great so I called them and arranged an appointment. the engineer turned up on time, quoted a couple of different options for what was needed and carried out the work with minimum fuss or mess. Very happy and would recommend”

“I made an email enquiry for a Starlink satellite installation and an aerial installation. I was contacted back by phone and was provided a quote for the work required and a arranged a mutually agreeable time for the work to be carried out. The engineers turned up promptly and carried out the agreed work with minimum disturbance. Satisfied with the quality of the work.”

“Very prompt, got a call an hour before the engineer turned up, on arrival they assessed what was needed and gave me a couple of different options. Freesat was installed and I now have great reception on both my TVs.”

“I needed some help and advice wall mounting my Smart TV so I booked an engineer to call, he arrived as planned and took a look at the job, he advised me what was best and gave a quote to supply and fit a bracket, the job was carried out promptly without any mess, very good clean professional service.”

“I called wefitaerials out to look at a communal satellite system on our private residential apartment block. The engineer called out and diagnosed the fault and provided a cost for the work needed. The parts were duly ordered. On installation the engineers turned up promptly and the work was carried out professionally with minimum disruption. I am happy with the service, from the initial phone enquiry to completion. Would recommend.”

“I initially booked another company, thinking it was a local, family company, after reading their poor reviews, I cancelled. I found Wefitaerials online and was impressed by their very good reviews. Happy with their service from start to finish. I had a new satellite dish fitted, the engineers were on time and very pleasant, and explained everything to me.”
