“Very bad expiriance never ever in 3 years done enything and even if i left them to change the things as a human i was thinking they can make mistakes but they still work unprofesional in services ,only good thing is they took payments on time”

“Absolutely brilliant - I've been with TAP with many years and they really try and make your life easier - answer any questions (from Corporation tax to your own personal Self Assessment) within one or 2 days and in a simple language. I recommend without any hesitation!”

“This company are fraudsters, they mis sold me and said they worked on my accountancy package to get my business, once signed up they started insisting I move accountancy packages and said they didn't work with my accountancy software. When I asked to leave they charged me for a nearly a year of accountancy for doing nothing for me. They refused to refund me despite misleading me into the contract. Very unprofessional throughout and multiple staff kept emailing me asking me exactly the same questions over and over again, even when I alerted them to the problem. Accountant takes forever to answer their emails and even then basically says they can't help. Useless.”

“I have been using the Accountancy Group for over 2 years now, with them taking care of my Corporation Tax & VAT returns. All questions are answered promptly in a way that's easy to understand. They have even pushed forward my returns when requested to give me a better idea of where I stand with my finances. They have also suggested several ways I can optimise the amount of tax I pay.”

“0% competancy and even worse customer service. We have been threatened by companies house with refrences to criminal action and being struck off due to accounting failures and the accountant has just ignored us despite our constant plea for help, instead he suggested we go elsewhere despite taking a full years of fees and providing no service and leaving us in this situation. After a year of business we have no idea about our accounts. Despite giving the accountant all financial information he has done nothing with it for months. We have been unable to take any money out of the company for a full year and they do not seem to care. We have received no advice on the accountancy process despite asking for clarity. You will have to chase and chase and no one will speak with you. Any emails will only address what the accountant wants and will ignore most of your queries. I have been told i would be added as a director and company share structure can be changed and for months no one has done anything. Please do not fall into the trap that we are in and avoid these guys at all costs. I could adduce so much evidence of their failures to back up this review. I am now left in a situation where i have money in a company that i can't access, no confirmation statement filed, accounts that are probably overdue and no idea what to do.”
