“A vast range of quality fabrics at reasonable prices. Orders are quickly despatched but occasionally do not conform to sample. When this has happened to me, the mistake has been corrected without argument and with courtesy at no charge to me. Indeed, I have been encouraged to retain the unwanted yardage. Telephones are answered promptly by highly competent staff. Why aren't they running the governemnt?”

“Warning - Always order a sample first Easy to order and fast delivery, unfortunately the fabric is not soft enough for the purpose I brought it for, recovering my outdoor sofa cushions. Can't return according to the policy. My fault I should have ordered a sample but as it said it was suitable for garden furniture I assumed it be like the fabric I removed. £60 wasted 😢”
