“Great service. Saw what I needed. Good price. Placed an order which arrived a few days later. Pattern cut out and now ready for sewing. Job done! Love it when you get seamless service like this.”

“A very good company to deal with. My orginal order wasnt avaliable. They got in touch straight away with an alternative. Which i was very happy with. Exellent service all round. Customer service team were very helpful. 10/10 overall an excellent service.”

“Will always purchase from Textile Express, they’re prices are good, the website is easy to use, I also like the videos they post on the website of how to make various items, we get to see the staff make them, a lovely personal touch! Mailing service is great too. May I just add though, I do wish the shop was open again on the weekend, I’ve noticed that it’s now closed on Saturdays and Thursdays, the only days I have off work and also that the store closes at 4.30pm.”

“I love Textile Express. Huge selection of wonderful quality fabrics and haberdashery. All staff so helpful. I ordered some fabric in store and more by phone. They put both orders together, and they came quickly and well packaged. Would highly recommend.”

“The fabric looks and feels really lovely and is exceptionally good quality. Particulaly pleased to find made in the UK. “The delivery was quick, the lampshade kit had everything I needed apart from my chosen fabric. The instructions to make the lampshade were very clear. I really enjoyed making the lampshade that was to go in top of my Grandfather’s lamp stand that he had made over 75 years ago. The new shade has bought new life back into the lamp stand.”
