“My choice of fabric required a telephone enquiry re stock. I was met with a very pleasant and very helpful lady who called me back with the information I required: within minutes she had checked stock and was able to advise re ordering.I received my two lots of fabrics in acceptable timescale. The fabrics are beautiful & great quality, even more so than online images. Great value too! I will definitely order from Textile Express again! Thank you!”

“I've ordered online and received the fabric, which was perfect, very quickly. I've also been lucky enough to have visited the shop and bought fabric. All the staff were really helpful and there was so much fabric to browse. I'd definitely recommend a visit if you find yourself near Oswestry!”

“I received a fantastic customer service. The phone was answered within 2/3 rings , which is really unusual these days. The lady I spoke to asked me to send a photo of the extra material I needed. She then rang and left an answerphone message with ordering details. The next day she rang me to confirm that I had received the message. Once the material was ordered I received it very quickly. Great service. I have been recommending your establishment to all my sewing friends.”
