I have a couple of years of good experience with Terry's when there were no problems with products. However, my latest experience involving the return of two faulty products has been horrendous - you cannot speak to any one and progress is very, very slow. Today I got an email telling me what I needed to do to return the products, and that a further email would be sent with the free returns label attached. Still waiting for it but why on earth was it not sent with that email? Reputations are hard to earn but easy to lose. A real shake up of customer service is needed.

No way of telephoning or emailing this company without going through an automated chat bot service. I originally complained that my curtains were damaged on arrival, after hearing nothing I paid postage of £4.49 to return the items. Five days later I received an email from Customer Services asking me to send photos of the curtains with a view to them claiming off the transporter of the goods, to see wether it was worth them arranging a collection. I replied to the email and included photos explaining that I’d already returned the goods. I had to make the attachments smaller as I was advised that emails would be blocked if too large. Yes you’ve guessed it email returned as blocked , so I’m no further forward. Very, very poor customer service and not everything can be blamed on COVID. Quick to take order money, and posting and packing and postage for returns, no problem there! Awaiting to see what happens now, but I certainly won’t use them again or indeed recommend them !

Curtains finally arrived and no issue with them. However the phone line is not available due to “COVID” and staff self isolating ???. Fed ex sorted out my ongoing delivery issues finally, no thanks to Terry’s. Terry’s you need to sort out your customer service before you do anything else
