“The advert was clear, the product was exactly as described, it arrived in small scale bubble wrap, and the protection did its job, it arrived on time, despite the COVID crisis, in excellent condition, delivering exactly what was wanted in an acceptable time scale. In addition to my surprise something which many others don't bother with - a paper receipt.”
