Only used the umbrella twice before the handle came away from the shaft. Very poor quality. Happy with the glasses case and socks

I purchased a mug which was well wrapped. I also ordered a gift box as it was a colleagues leaving gift but unfortunately the gift box was half the size of the mug and utterly useless. It seems to me it would be obvious that I would want a box that would fit the mug but it seems not. I also thought that I selected the option for them to choose the right size box?! All in all I'm not sure how something that should be so simple was so wrong. This could really be improved! On the plus the mug was excellent quality, well wrapped, competitively priced and delivery was fast.

Hi, Further to our conversation, all the Dunoon gift boxes are a very snug fit for the mugs, and when flat often appear to look too small. Kindly email a photo of the box to us, showing the bottom of the box where the size is indicated , and also the names of the designs that will fit in the box, we can then look to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Not sure if I would buy on line again wonder if I could get a better buy else where value for money . But what I did receive is OK but hardly wow factor

I really like Dunoon bone China and since I’m a royalist I couldn’t wait to receive my order of the Queen Elizabeth Jubilee mug. However I was a little disappointed as I can’t quite see the point of all the “splodges” over it.

Delivery was fast and items were packaged well. The design and colors are perfect . My only disappointment is in the fabric. It is stiff and has a firm texture. I was expecting a softer fabric! Nonetheless, it will be a lovely item to have on display in my kitchen, especially during the early June Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

This is our second necklace. My daughter was gifted one for xmas from her grandma, the chain broke within days, very delicate, so need to be extra careful. Ordered another one so will see how long it will last this time. Loved the heart charm, very cute.

First off, it is everything that I wanted when I ordered. It is smaller than expected though. Not the company's fault but my own. There are a couple exposed seams and it came in a badly damaged box. Luckily it didn't affect the product.

The mugs are as expected....lovely. The mugs arrived in good shape and quickly. However, I had to pay the unexpected duty, which when added to shipping expenses, has made the cost excessive. Unfortunately, I will not not be purchasing any more items...just too expensive.

I was disappointed with the touch up paint needed on the right side of the stone. It detracted from the smooth natural look and feel of the stone. Not sure why it was necessary.

Hello, thank you for your review. As the East of India pebbles are solid porcelain, I’m afraid that this little mark is a result of the manufacturing process where the pebbles leave the machine , and are then sealed with a small white paint dot that is added to finish and seal them.

Mugs a bit too chunky - look and feel more like pottery than bone China. A disappointed customer who’s expectation was not met.

Was not happy with service, no boxes provided as these were gifts. Customs and duty was high.

Thank you for your review. Having checked your order, you did not select any gift boxes when placing your order. Unfortunately, the gift boxes do not come as standard with our Dunoon mugs, therefore our customers are given the option when placing mug orders to select the relevant box if required for an additional charge. With regards to the customs duty, all international orders are subject to tax and customs charges determined by customs and excise in the destination country, I’m afraid we are unable to determine how much these charges will be. I bought a mug from Temptation Gifts for my wife for Valentines Day, so she hasn't actually received it yet. It has arrived nicely wrapped as requested. The reason for only giving three stars is because I felt disappointed in the way the checkout takes you to PayPal before adding the postage costs. I hate this practice and feel postage and packing should be added to the cost in full before being asked to pay. That way the cost is fully transparent ~ as it should be.

Hi Richard, Thank you very much for your review and for your feedback in regards to postage. It sounds like you checked out using the PayPal Express checkout button directly from the basket page. This option redirects you back to our site after logging in as we cannot determine the shipping country, postcode or method before you select from your address book in PayPal. For a standard experience, you can go through our full checkout where you input your address and choose your postage option first, before then being redirected to PayPal to pay. We also make the postage price clear on each of our product pages just below the add to cart button, and is also listed on our dedicated delivery pages. Thanks, Jamie, Technical Dept.

I was treated like a criminal for ordering more than 2 of the same type of Jellycat, and my orders were canceled. Due to the rude email I received, I will not be shopping their store again.

As our Jellycat stock is in short supply we try to be fair to all our customers, to allow everyone to have a chance to order all the designs we have available, this is stated on our website, showing "Please note: Due to difficulties with supply, each Jellycat product is limited to a maximum of 2 per customer. We apologise for any inconvenience caused"I hope that you can appreciate that we put these rules in for a good reason. As you placed orders for 6 of exactly the same Jellycat items, unfortunately, you have circumvented our rule of 2 Jellycat designs per customer.
