My delivery was accidentally sent to Northern Ireland by Royal Mail, and so took 8 days from my order date to arrive (6 working days after you shipped). When I called to advise Customer Services the package was going to be late, and therefore miss a birthday one of the gifts was for, I was simply met with a very casual "oh well only 1 day late for delivery" and "if you don't want the items when they arrive, just send them back". It was only when I stated that I was really looking for an apology and maybe a gesture of goodwill to keep my custom, was I given these (a "sorry about that" and free shipping on my next order was happily received).

As your order was placed on 19th july, and dispatched on 20th with your chosen standard deliveryparcels are expected to arrive in 2-5 working days. Thank you! my daughter loves her jelly cat,only issue I have was the item was 16 days late but that was down to Royal Mail and not Temptation gifts,It’s lucky I didn’t need it for a special occasion.

Fast delivery but the smell is different to the scent I purchased a year ago from the souvenir shop. Scent lasts and it is still okay, I recommend it.

As my gift was in a box it could not be posted I appreciate no plastic but it wasn’t fragile and therefore missed delivery on the date I paid extra for as I wasn’t in as thought it would be posted due to the size and the low value .

Gift came in great condition and was a good price. However despite being 3-5 working days delivery, it took over a week to arrive. Although this was the Royal Mail at fault, it meant that the gift was given to the recipient late. There could have been more transparency about this issue.

Got what I wanted to a fair price as there was a discount. The package arrived without issues and I even changed the address. However there was a mistake on my purchase which I was sad they hadn’t discovered before they sent it off.

The item arrived promptly and exactly as described. However, when I was placing my order the website 'timed out' so I wasn't sure if my order was successfully placed or not as I didn't get a confirmation email. I emailed the customer service email and did not get a response. Luckily the item did arrive and all was well but that process could've been improved slightly.

Great product but I spent 25 plus with shipping and saw in an in person shop for 18- just expensive for what it is. Whilst I enjoyed the product, I feel like the size of it was false advertising, it was tiny. There should have been a size comparison to make it clearer for the consumer. It was not wrapped well, the teddy bear actually got wet. While I would order from here I think significant change needs to take place. Very slow delivery as well- think it took 2 weeks maybe a week. Not acceptable for the 5 pound delivery charge. Good product, good quality service just requires some tweeeks to improve. Could make marketing for the site better.

Beauutiful goods. But using Royal Mail for delivery was dreadful and in the end I had to pick it up from the post office myself which was too late fer her birthday.

Lovely 3d cards, but not made clear on the website that the envelope was not designed for the postal system. I had to sellotape the edges down so it wasnt ripped open.

I bought the Serenity Flower Box card, beautiful card but what a ridiculous envelope. No way of it sticking down, just folds. Stupid for such an expensive card. No way will that survive the postal system. So disappointed

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the type of envelope. It is designed to be more on the aesthetic side, with a butterfly shaped front that folds through the base of the envelope. For this reason I believe they are generally designed to be given in person. My apologies that on this occasion it was unsuitable for the intended purpose. Kind regards, customer service

The card itself was good. However it was packed in an A4 box which would not fit through the letterbox. It was left on the doorstep to get soaking wet. Luckily the card was in plastic. I have ordered cards from other companies which are always packed in a protective envelope which can be posted though the letterbox. If this type of packaging was used it would avoid spoilage and potentially reduce the cost of postage.

Nothing to say on the site, the items are very nice but the import taxes to Belgium are exorbitant: 120 euros for 117 euros of goods. Pay attention :(

I had ordered a jellycat around Christmas time. The jellycat was delivered to Manchester which I’m not sure if was temptation gifts fault or the couriers. Had someone on the phone from customer services who were very helpful.
