“Three cards ordered 3D affect. One of which was much smaller than the other two ( the bus) and really made it seem like it was not worth the effort. I suppose it was somewhere in the small print and we missed it. Temptation were not to blame, more like the manufacturer. But delivery was well enough. The whole point was to send the bus card though, and the feeling of disappointment was the result.”

“I ordered a Jellycat Sausage Dog, the delivery was on time and I have no issues with ordering. The item itself is fine, however it arrived just in a plastic bag, no box etc. it being a gift and costing over £20 (including delivery) I was a little disappointed.”

“Ordered a Jellycat dragon for our Granddaughter. Although it arrived reasonably promptly, the packaging was ripped, exposing the cuddly toy inside. Perhaps when sending items, they could be wrapped in some protection first before putting in the plastic mailer. Luckily the item wasn't marked or water damaged.”

“I found some candles I wanted on their website, i'd never heard of them but reviews were good so i decided to take a punt. ordering was easy, delivery estimate was fast but unfortunately Royal Mail who have gone downhill were uncommunicative, delayed and items arrived broken. I emailed Temptation Gifts with my complaint and pictures and they refunded the items which had been broken in transit although not the delivery cost as the other items were ok. It would've been a nice gesture had they done so, instead they offered free delivery on any future purchases. i'm not sure if i'll use them again, it was a bit of a fluke stumbling over them whilst scouring the internet for the items I purchased. That said, I think they are a trustworthy company and anyone wondering whether they are legit, I believe they are and would use them again if I saw anything on their site that appealed.”
