Did not receive a tracking number, so I had no idea when the item would arrive (and also couldn't pick up parcel at post office). Lovely item, however the design is not like the picture. The bottle I received isn't as tall, the bottle neck is more dense. The picture should be updated on the shop website to match the actual bottle.

I was disappointed that the mug was posted in a plain box. Although well packaged , it looked a bit shoddy to give as a present

It wasn't made clear that the Emma Bridgwater items I bought were seconds, think that should be made plain on your website.

The service attitude is good,but careless the work,the first time send me a damaged gift,then I went to the post office to return back for replacing a new one .Then u give me a wrong one ,I went to the post office again to make up your mistake!!!

The item was the same price as everywhere else and it’s was pure luck I chose this website, looking at the price of delivery you would think it would get to you in a couple of days but took nearly a week and was quiet a small item so no idea why it took so long and was so expensive to deliver. I won’t be using the site again.

Very convenient shopping. The only drawback is having to pay the customs fee upon the arrival of my order in Sweden. Many other UK based online retailers take care of this their end and I'm afraid this unpleasant surprise (I know it was mentioned in the fineprint) will prevent me from using your services again.

Was disappointed in packaging of this product as had paid £3.95 for postage. Although a soft jellycat toy so not fragile had two pieces of white tissue and in a grey small plastic bag packed tight, When I opened the item I needed to ruffle it to bring it to its cute state. Had probably had heavier items on it in transfer.

Thank you Temptation Gifts for having the items I wanted and with price reductions, all very helpful when buying so many Jelly Cat gifts! Arrived promptly as promised, and I would have marked rating Good however the packaging unfortunately let you down so rating reduced to acceptable. My 9x Jelly Cat toys were cramped into a small bag. I was surprised that each toy was not in separate bags but understand about reduced packaging. The delivery bag had a hole in it big enough to lose one of my items, infact one of the Christmas pudding Jelly cat toys was hanging outside the bag. However my order was complete and in good condition considering the poor packaging. I will be using Temptation Gifts again but would hope the packaging will be improved next time please

The Card which I ordered was creased, and the box I got for the bracelet I ordered was too small.

Good website, easy to find what we are searching. A bit disappointed with the FedEx delivery though because they have damage the merchandise (they threw the package behind a high fence)

I received them promptly, perfectly packed. The only negative is that the bottom of the candle jars looked like the candle had melted somewhat in all four jars. They were meant as gifts but I am keeping two because they are not good enough in my eyes for me to give as gifts.

Lovely gift and arrived on time. I had asked for a special message to be added for my granddaughter which I paid extra for but the gift card was blank so spoiled the surprise
