About Temple Knight:

Temple Knight are a bespoke agency for managed print solutions. We specialise in servicing and repairs of printers, photocopiers, plotters and scanners.

We offer ad-hoc repairs as required, or fully inclusive service and maintenance contracts for multiple brands including: Brother, Canon, Dell, Develop, Epson, Fujitsu, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Oki, Ricoh, Utax, Xerox, Zebra and many more.

Our head office is based in Edenbridge on the Kent / Surrey border, and our engineers are based across the South East including London. Our engineers are never too far away guaranteeing you a fast onsite response.

Our service team are manufacturer trained and experienced in all the equipment we service and repair. In addition to manufacturer training, we also operate an in-house training program, which we believe is second to none. To back up our engineers, we have a highly qualified service team and parts department with links to manufactures and suppliers across the globe.

David was fantastic, and made everything really straight forward and simple. He was organised and always kept me in the loop from start to finish. Will be recommending Temple Knight to others! Keep up the great work guys.

READ AND BEWARE!! Had a printer issue so rang these guys, seemed very efficient and came to fix the printer, all with no problem. We were so impressed with the service that we decided to take up their offer of a maintenance/repair contract at just under £200 for 12 months......HUGE, HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!! Its all politeness and nothing is too much trouble at the outset but what they don't mention at any point is that by the time they send you the following year's renewal invoice you are already outside of their cancellation window and when you call to discuss its a very abrupt 'its in your contract' tough luck reply. Wonder how many businesses they have caught out like this?? We, like a many others I expect, had decided that we would update our old printer instead of renewing the annual contract. On contacting them we were then told that we were already contractually committed as per their T's & C's (which has an early cancellation window that expires BEFORE they send you out the renewal invoice) so once you receive it, its too late and you don't have the option to cancel, therefore having to pay for a further 12 months cover!! We, like many others I'm sure, ended up having to pay £189 for a further 12 months repair coverage on a printer that we had already thrown out prior to receiving our renewal notice. Our only consolation is that ultimately it's Temple Knight's loss since, due to expansion of the business and COVID homeworking, we now have a total of 9 printers and Temple Knight will never get a penny more of our money for looking after them, it is now being spent through a company with appropriate moral standards that don't intentionally try to 'have one over' on their existing client base.

Temple Knight plc has been looking after the NAKMAS OKI machine and have provided excellent service. We are about to put another machine, Biz-Hub into the hands of Temple Knight. A great company and customer care is great too. We would highly recommend them without the slightest of hesitation.

An excellent job done by Bradley. He is a very competent, skilful, knowledgeable and efficient Engineer. He did a fantastic job on our printer which prints beautiful copies now with no streaks at all. Hang onto him – he is a an asset to Temple Knight.

We had a problem with our HP DesignJet Plotter, I called Temple Knight who came out quickly and assessed the fault and then came back, 2 days earlier than originally expected/anticipated, with the part to repair the plotter. Novac, the engineer who attended, was here early and fitted the part, put the machine through various tests to ensure all was working correctly. He was thoroughly professional and polite throughout the process, was happy to answer all my questions and was a joy to interact with. We have had other dealings with Temple Knight previously and they are always true to their times and dates for visiting and I thoroughly recommend them. In a world where technology is everything and hard to function without in a business environment, it is nice to know that there is a company that you can rely on for all your printing problems. Having obtained quotes from other companies also, Temple Knight’s prices were the best and very competitive. Thank you Novac and Temple Knight for all your help in resolving our issue.

Novae was prompt, professional and took the time to explain what our problems were with our network printers and how to resolve them. We were able to book a same day emergency appointment and they even called to come earlier than expected as they were able to fit us in sooner. The price of a call out plus the time is steep but for an emergency and leaving us with completely resolved issues, it is probably worth it for a small business to keep functioning rather than waste time and resources.

Novak came out to give our printer a birthday, although it's 2.5 years since it's last birthday! Oops. He was kind enough to call and let us know he was running a little late, he was efficient and focussed. Our printer is now gleaming and working like new (despite 75,000 copies) and we will probably see him in another year or so.

David came to fix my Canon photocopier; I was impressed by the communication before the appointment and he came exactly on time. He fixed the copier quickly and efficiently and didn’t try to find any hidden extras. It was the price I had been quoted and I was very happy.

Our service engineer was Novac. He was really nice and very polite. He was also very informative and helpful of the issues that we had with our printers. We also experienced excellent communication over the phone and through emails from Temple-Knight in general. Would definitely recommend!
