“The TEFL UK was a brilliantly designed course with detailed content. It was easy to understand and the layout was easy to navigate through. Excellent use of engaging activities and videos to help understanding of content. The use of tests at the end of each module was a useful way of self evaluation. I would highly recommend.”

“I really did not know what I did not know before I took this class. I have taught before and understood the importance of organization, to be alert to the different backgrounds of students and different styles of learning, but had not thought concretely what it would be like teaching ESL. The materials were logical and practical, setting forth effective strategies to keep students motivated and engaged and setting forth specific activities to develop proficiency in grammar. The materials were comprehensive, including alternative methods of teaching and videos of real classroom experiences. I appreciated the straightforwardness of the course. The sections were just the right length and the quizzes following each section seemed a fair gauge of comprehension. The practicum was tremendously helpful as well, enabling me to put theory into practice. I am glad to have that experience and to have observed other teachers live. It really brought home the challenges I will be facing.”

“The TEFL Uk is a fantastic program! It allowed me to study at my own pace. It taught valuable skills so that they assist me in helping my students reach their fullest potential. “I completed a 150hr TEFL course which I found very relevant as I have been able to use the lessons I learnt in my classes . I continue to refer to the course material whenever I face challenges with lessons. Navigation of the course was simple and easy and I could go over a lesson as many times as I wanted if I needed to. The short tests at the end of each lesson reinforced my understanding of the course and they were a good challenge to look forward to. What I liked most about the course is that I could study at my own pace and complete the course in my own time. I have been talking to my friends about this certification ever since I completed my course. It is worth the time and money.”

“Before choosing TEFL UK I did some research into other online programs and this one was the best choice! They laid out all of the necessary information every teacher should know in an easy to understand format. “The user experience is quite basic. Very heavy on reading. Not many real-world examples on implementing the techniques discussed. Although I did enjoy the videos, they were quite long and outdated. I feel it would be a better approach to have brief video content for each section”

“Studying with TEFL UK was a great experience. The website was easy to use and straightforward to pick up where you left off. I was able to pace myself through the Adavanced Level 150 hours TEFL course and learnt so much with a lot of practical examples to prepare me for applying for EFL teaching roles. Thank you TEFL UK”

“The course is extremely well structured and informative. Also it is organised into convenient chunks, so you don't feel overwhelmed by the content, and all terminology is clearly explained throughout. I enjoyed the course very much, and I know that I will return to its sections for help and support throughout my ESOL teaching career!”
