“I loved this course! It is structured very well, in easy to follow sections with tests at the end. It gives you a lot of info and could use it even as a refresher course :-) Thank you for this very helpful course 🙏💕”

“I felt like the course was ok. I felt like the course content itself was very thorough and accurate, and easy to understand and follow. The structure was good. However, the course itself was basically just many pages of text, which I didn't find super engaging and I don't retain information well like that. In contrast, other courses (non-TEFL) I have done have been made up of mostly videos and presentations which I find much easier to follow and remember content from. There were some videos in this course, however, they were only a minute long usually, and the speaker was obviously memorising a very specific script and it sounded very scripted so these weren't engaging at all for me, and didn't include any visuals or detailed explanations. They were just introductions to the next topic. I found the quizzes and tests after each topic very useful. I think some activities related to trying to make your own lesson plan I think could be useful. Or more difficult questions related to grammar. I completed the 120-hour course, and am spending time now that I have started teaching English online, going through my notes and the course again to review grammar. It's great to be able to do that. However, I would also quite like to find another course to do that has more engaging video content to help solidify my grammar knowledge. I suppose a lot of being a teacher is self-study of grammar as well, however, I would love to do a course that gives me this extra level of support.”

“Great course - I was already teaching English on-line when I started this course but it opened up my mind to some great methods of teaching that I hadn't thought of and of course if you have forgotten some of the basics of English Grammar - it covers that too. All in all excellent and very professionally done.”

“Very effective course. Learning is divided into manageable chunks with regular tests to assess progress. Good mix of text and video with videos of lessons to analyse. A good course”

“The 120 hr course is awesome. But would have loved to have downloadable resources for students to refer to them whenever stuck. The videos summarize the contents very well but those who pay attention to everything else, see the Presenter as being in the same place and the same attire throughout which doesn't add variety to the presentation. I don't know if I might have done poorly on the tests to get a mere pass. But if not, then giving a pass is not good enough motivation”

“It was a nice course with valuable information about online teaching which some of the teachers that are just starting their careers may find interesting. I really enjoyed the module about the qualities of a competent and effective online teacher.”

“This was a great TEFL course for me! It was so useful to be able to complete it at my own pace and was super easy to come back to at any point without losing my place. Very professionally put together as well, I feel like I learned so much through the process. Would genuinely recommend to anyone.”

“I just finished the TEFL UK course, and I couldn't be happier with how well-designed it was. “Undertaking the 240hr Combined TEFL Course was an extremely valuable and life-changing experience! Not only did the course give me the confidence to become a future TEFL teacher but it also gave me a far better idea of the type of teacher I wanted to be.
