“Overall very informative and helpful course. It's easy to follow and it's built in a way that doesn't make it boring. They were very nice from beginning to end, price is affordable (even though it's a little disencouraging to see that I rushed into starting the course because of an "exclusive 50% offer" that has been extended twice already since I started it), and everything is easy to understand and do. I would've liked it if certain areas provided some more feedback than just "your answer is correct/wrong". Overall very satisfied, can't wait to get the hard copy of the certificate and start my TEFL adventure ;)”

“Hi Alan, at first I was excited and thought that I really love the course and my goal was to achieve highest scores and complete as soon as possible. Than daily life and work slow me down, and feeling that haven't got any support and help with assessment let me down. I kind of stuck right now but I wouldn't like to leave it. English isn't my first language, after reading some people's review that is very difficult to achieve goal for non English speakers I started to hesitate. I'd love to finish my course but wish to have some help, support and advice when need it whether is by phone or via mail. Kind regards Malgorzata K.”

“I purchased the online program on January 16th 2022. On January 18th, 2022 I wrote and requested that my order be cancelled as due to unforeseen circumstances (related to family Covid illness) I was going to be in an area without internet/WiFi connection. On January 19, 2022 i was told that I could not cancel the program. The rerun policy states “Once you have started your precludes task, you are deemed to have started the course and refunds are not possible”. I had NOT started any courses and was told I did not qualify for a refund. The telephone number on the website did not work. The message service refused to give me the name of anyone in management and told me to write a letter to their info email which I did and received a boiler plate reply which did not address anything, I do not recommend this company or their service, it I should obviously a money making racket on auto pilot,”

“I don't Recommend Tefl. Org. As a provider. First they are dishonest. When I first purchased the course.. It was advertised as on offer 50% off.. Until the end of January. So I encouraged my husband to do the course with me. I proceed to do the course for the next 6 months. Guest what every month it was on offer 50% off only valid until the end of the month. A little dishonest. I also discovered that after I completed the course and paid for it I lost access to the course. Unless I purchased an extension. I don't understand why a person has to pay for an extension.. The course was mostly videos to follow.. Tefl has a lot of possibilities but shop around and do your research. I have been dissapointed from day one.”

With more accreditation than any other provider, our qualifications are recognised internationally, so now that you have passed the course you will be able to embark on your own TEFL adventure! As with many companies, we do offer monthly sales. These are reviewed each month and adjusted or extended. Please be assured that you certainly do not have to buy an extension to access your completed course. I can see that you have since been in touch with our customer service team who have helped you with your course access, so we are happy to see this has been resolved. “First when i registered for the course they failed me in assignments and i bought extension. Then they promise we will deliver the hard copy to your address. I have never received that copy. I have mailed them but they are saying now you have to pay for the hard copy. Highly unprofessional behaviour which is not acceptable.”

Hi David, Thank you for your review. We do certainly advertise our courses as having a specific timescale for completion. If you required more time to view your tutor's feedback you could have contacted our customer service team who would have helped with this. The initial paper certificate is certainly included in the cost of your course. Depending on the address provided and the local postal service, it can take up to 6-weeks to arrive. If you have not received this as yet please get in touch with us at info@tefl.org and we can look into this further for you. In the meantime, we wish you all the best. Debbie

“I've just completed the grammar course and I must say it was beneficial and well-organized. I liked the class videos, I made some notes and I might use some of the ideas in my own classes. :) I've been already teaching English for a couple of years now. Therefore there wasn't a lot of new terminology for me, but I reviewed a lot. Tutors were explaining clearly. I'm satisfied. Thank you!!!”

“I took the 120hr course to strengthen my visa application and it was actually a very wonderful experience. I was able to learn things I wasn't taught in my TESOL classes. My tutor Alex was amazing! I have ADHD which makes online learning much harder than it has to me, but Alex's directions were always very clear and it helped me so much. Thank you Alex :)”

“Excellent introductory course to TEFL curriculum,possible issues and lesson planning techniques. Highly recommend. I live in the USA and had no problems whatsoever paying for the course,completing the assigned homework or receiving my certificate. Anyone interested in enhancing their resume should definitely consider the 120-hour Premier Course.”
