“I was very pleased with the TEFL course I took. Our instructor Alex was fantastic - supportive, knowledgeable and personable. A lot of information was packed into the 30 hours but all of it useful. I definitely feel better equipped to begin teaching ESL classes.”

“The course was good and insightful however, my tutor wasn’t the most responsive (taking hours sometimes days to get back to me). The feedback that was given on assignments that needed revisiting was extremely negative, I don’t recall reading anything about things I’d done well. I think if you’re going to have tutors they need reminding how to motivate and encourage members with constructive criticism”

“When I first started this journey, I couldn't believe all the things that I forgot although I use it everyday, if that makes sense? I enjoyed relearning English. When it came to the quizzes, I think about two of them requested exactly 600 words for a PPP lessons, which was very tedious. Maybe give a maximum amount, but no lower than would be more suitable. Other than that, I couldn't help but smile when I received my TEFL certificate via email. I felt somewhat free, just like when I first received my passport a few years ago. Being able to travel and earn income is a huge plus. I told my friends and family about it and even sent them the link just in case they want to do something new and exciting. Thank you to my tutor for being patient with me and thank you TEFL for setting up my new adventure.”

“The course was an excellent oppertunity to delve into the career option of teaching, i felt that this course was excellent and that the assignments where tricky sometimes. But my tutor Arthur was so supportive and encouraging, giving insperational words of advice throughout the course that i am now undertaking further classes to persue the goal of becoming a teacher.”
