“The course interface is very user friendly, the explanations are clear, the feedback on the tasks comes on time and with detailed information and the tutor email support was exceptional. “Hello I have just finished my level 5 TEFL course. It was a great experience although I have been teaching for a while now and I wanted the diploma for some paperwork, I enjoyed it and can say I even gained knowledge as well. My tutor, Alex, is an amazing instructor and teacher. The methodology diploma was the best, in my opinion. If you can add some student behavior management to the young learners' unit, it would be great. Thank you for this rewarding experience.”

“I would give the whole course 3.5 stars The content was well structured and explained feedback to assignment was provided and well assessed some of the videos appear outdated and teaching practice is completely neglected Overall the course is good for the start 😃”

“I would rate my experience with The TEFL Org as very positive. I tried to cope with all the information, and the tasks, and the tests all by myself. I succeeded, and passed in the end. Having already a teacher’s background, I still faced some challenges in absorbing and learning different (modern) ways to teach the students. I indeed watched all the videos (introduction, instruction, explanation, as well as lessons’ examples), read all the transcripts, and found them extremely helpful. The communication with The TEFL Org has always been very pleasant and supportive.”

“This course was very useful and I learned a lot. The first part (grammar) was quite tough as it was all self-learning but after that I had a really helpful tutor (Stephen) who guided me through the assignments when necessary.”

“The course exams are a challenge and the tutor gave great instruction to help me understand the actual skills needed to teach. I believed it would be much easier as English is my native language but my error was not that I am earning a certificate in my english abilities, but more importantly that I am learning the skills to teach. “Good content, good help from tutor Angie. Lots of video content to see classroom examples, the quizzes were really easy although sometimes ambiguous/subjective with the answers so it was good we could retry if we didn't get 100%. Written assignements helped get into practice.”

“Thank you for a wonderful experience and the first step of acquiring practical skills in language teaching. Having visited theoretical lectures focussing on DAF,DAZ „german as foreign (DAF), second (DAZ) language“ parallel to the TEFL course was a useful basis, which helped to comprehend the application of last century’s thoughts on teaching and learning theories that led to the different techniques portrayed in the methodology course. The value of seeing these methods in action is hard to put into words. Therefore, I want to thank you very much for this well-structured and educational course, which, in my opinion, provides fundamental knowledge and how to use it, when someone aspires to start teaching a language in general and English in particular”

“The course provides lots of resources and information in the field of TEFL. I think it is excellent practice for when we step into the classroom. The main complaint that I have is with the methodology course, I was was accused several times by software of plagiarism or using AI to write papers, as a college graduate that has not only managed ESL programs but has worked as an in class tutor in public schools with the ESL dept that was quite offensive. In addition, I didn’t feel comfortable or that I had convience to reach out to my tutor or staff if I needed clarification on anything. Over all, the course was suffiencient and I feel like I have a good headstart in actually leading a lesson on my own.”
