“I loved the zoom classes; I felt like I learnt so much and it was very interactive. It didn’t feel like 4 hours at all.”

“The course was very interesting and enjoyable. Even though I had little difficulty with managing some of the visual tasks I had a very good tutor who helped me a lot. The cars overall is amazing! I am so glad that I have found the scores and enjoyed it so good.”

“The thing that always catches me of guard in the reason why I end up going over the time limit and having to purchase an extension is because I like the class. I learn a lot but all the ideas are very macro. It’s the big picture but what I feel may help people is a lesson plan section. Like, taking students through making lesson plans. I know the tutor at the end will help you but I feel like maybe making it so that people are practicing it during and getting feedback will help more than just one final assignment at the end. It’s overwhelming. Or maybe have a lesson plan practicum where you can get the feedback on different kinds of scenarios”

“Dear Alan, up to date the only problem which I have encountered is the fact that some modules indicated incomplete although I have done it previously. So I have to redo 3 modules in unit 8 in order for it to be marked down completed. Great lessons, I enjoy the course immensely!”

“The TEFL providers are very thorough, ensuring you get to know the ins and outs of English Grammar and how to teach it. I am only a quarter way through the course and it really fits my busy schedule this summer. I am looking forward to completing the rest of it. Please make sure you use the full star rating, even if you don't need to speak to your tutor, otherwise it automatically gives your tutor just one star, which is inappropriate as they are definitely worth much more!”

“I’m having real difficulty understanding the instructions of my assignments I have come across so far and the great amount of text does prevent me from understanding and focusing on the task. I emailed my tutor for help and his help I found too complex as it’s explained just like what the assignment explains. And I’d appreciate it if I can get a simpler and shorter description of the assignments’s tasks. So I’m stuck and can’t move on from my assignments as I haven’t understood at all yet the assignment. And I find one assignment confusing that what it tells me to do is numbered so as complex as I find it, its like asking me to do different tasks but its one in one from the numbers.”

“The course is relatively simple, and the only complex parts are the lessons where you submit to a tutor, then they provide feedback. As far as the computer marked tests go, if you get a question wrong, it tells you what you got wrong, so it's a matter of trial and error to work it out. The video lessons are helpful, and the course is well put together. I would have liked to pick the relevant modules rather than being forced to do the ones chosen. For instance, tutoring over the telephone has been superseded by Zoom or Skype. Still to receive my certificate, but I'm putting that down to the pandemic. I'd guess it's as good as any other TEFL course out there, but nothing outstanding. I'd be happy if they tighten up their marketing - I'm getting emails to sign up for the course, even after doing so.”

“I feel like there was a lot of bias on the tutors end and I have tried to talk to TEFL Org and I felt like it is not really worth it. The support is not very professional and instead of helping me achieve my understanding of where I went wrong it is always justification and criticism. If I had known I would have taken the course I feel cheated and also their job portal is not regally updated. They trick you with that. Also the website has too much information all over. The chat/phone support may take along time to really help you and sort out your issue. Personally I got a tutor who always had a different opinion, I have done numerous attempts of assignments and each time there was always something wrong. I got so fed up and I almost gave up. The tutor wanted perfection rather than helping me achieve becoming like them. It is not worth spending your money on TEFL Org”

“I’m enjoying the course so far. However it would have been more helpful if classroom examples were used with different levels of English proficiency. For example having classroom examples with absolute beginners. Other than that everything else is good. Thank you.”
