“The Business English course was really great. It exceeded my expectations. The two assignments at the end were well thought out and helped me pull together all of the course information. There’s a lot of content though so it would be great if Teflorg provided some printable PDFs with related content at the end. Just an FYI, the pacing of the first 3 parts is much faster than the 4th part. So I actually needed an extension.”

“A great way to get my TEFL certification. However, my complaint is that, I had to redo assignments which is not a problem. It's frustrating though, because the reasons I had to do them were totally avoidable. From the tutor's feedback, it's clear there was a criteria that needs to be completed (makes sense). But please make the student aware of what the assignment must contain, otherwise the student spends time doing an assignment which is simply pinged back to them to do again because it didn't include a key feature which the student wasn't aware of. Perhaps a checklist or a 'you must include' alongside the brief for a lesson plan?”

“I liked the fact that cors included many examples of lessons. The information was well structured. Quick tests help to keep yourself involved and focused. But the best thing for me was the written assignments. They help you apply all the knowledge and experience and feedback provides you with some great ideas.”

“Starting off from the online part of the course, which i definitely found useful to revise many teaching methods, tenses and grammar points. The videos were very easy to interpret and the exercises not too difficult. On a negative note, though, i would say that a lot of information was crushed in each learning unit, making it difficult to remember most topics or grammar points. Having said that, the 20 hour in person course was amazing!!!!! The location (London Paddington) was central, the area in which the lessons were held was quiet, cosy and welcoming. The tutor was definitely an expert teacher and an amazing person. The timetable was organized well, and the lessons were so involving. I would book the course again just for the program in person.”

“Content and assessment were very clear an informative. Mentors were quick to mark work and give detailed feedback. Reason for 4 stars is the website is very slow and glitches alot no matter what computer I used. I was also not sent a reminder when my course was about to expire”

“Years ago I used to teach English. Few months ago I decided to start doing it again. Went for TEFL. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the studying content and my tutor’s support. The methodology course really helped me to understand modern ways of teaching English. Plenty of useful advice and learning resources. Once more I would like to thank my tutor Thomas. He was helpful, positive, constructive with criticism and punctual.”

“Enjoyed the course, well structured. Enjoyed the weekend classroom - meeting other students. Probably best if did the classroom hours after the methodology module. Only touched on ESA lesson plan. The written assignments were useful to put learning into practice with feedback from my tutor very useful. I enjoyed watching the classroom video demonstrations.”
