“The 30 hr classroom module was amazing. In every module some of the quiz questions were a little confusing. It wasn't always easy to find the resources (I only found a resource for the methodology unit). Overall well delivered. I am currently abroad so don't know how long my certificate took to be delivered, but i got the email copy promptly.”

“The content is good, but the support is limited and this is a problem sometimes because the assignment instructions are not very clear. Due to the lack of clarity in instruction, the most successful tactic I used in completing this course was trial and error. I feel like this is not really a way to learn, but more a way to pass the course.”

“I can’t understand why my TEFL certificate doesn’t look professional and can’t be checked anywhere else except the tefl.org website. I’ve read that people can check their certificates on the website of Training Qualifications UK. This organisation was mentioned on your website in the “accreditation” section. As the appearance of my certificate and accreditations were the most important for me, I’m not satisfied with the “document” I have. It doesn’t even have a signet.”

Hi Dariia, Thank you for your review. It is only our Level 5 courses that can be checked with TQUK, as these are Ofqual accredited. This information is certainly detailed on our website. The 120-hour Premier TEFL course that you completed is not a Level 5 course I'm afraid. I can also see that you have not requested the hard copy as yet, so you only have the downloadable PDF copy for the moment. Once you request the hard copy you will receive a high quality paper certificate which includes watermark and hologram. If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

“This course has been extremely helpful in allowing me to understand how to interact with young learners in the classroom. My tutors have provided insightful feedback along the way, too. In short, I would recommend this course to those who have little knowledge about young learners and the unique styles in which they learn new concepts in the classroom setting. A special thank you to the team for creating this course and walking beside me until I completed it. One note though, there are several typographical errors throughout the course. For this reason, I believe that the team must edit the content more thoroughly before introducing it for prime time. Thank you for your attention to this request. I highly appreciate your guidance along my journey. I look forward to learning more in the years to come in the realm of pedagogy. Cheers!”

“Remake your videos. Show what you’re handing the students on the screen, when possible isolate conversations to make them listenable. Get some decent markers for the board work. Make sure the instructors are speaking clearly. Mic them.”
