“The 120-hour premium online course was comprehensive and challenging and has definitely equipped me to go out and seek employment in this area. Communication with my online tutor was always helpful and assignments were completed promptly with useful feedback and suggestions.”

“Overall, I enjoyed the course. However, I did not enjoy some of the written assignments. The word counts are either limiting or have you adding words just to fill the count. Too much focus on lesson plan writing. I know it's important, but there are many other aspects to ENL teaching.”

“The 140 hours course is very well organised. I like the fact that there is easy access to the notes after and a lifetime access to the Jobs advertised. The questions are a good way of testing the reading beforehand and the layout is very user friendly. My only quibbles are that when reviewing the questions, then you have to scroll through the correct answers one by one before saving and moving on. Also I felt a few of the videos had too much talking and were draining and too long winded instead of straight to the point. This was a bit frustrating and I felt it delays the completion of the course sooner. I also completed the teaching exams course within 4 days. It was well organised and contained what I was after. All assignments were very useful tasks, saved them all for future lessons and ideas. Feedback from Alex was very useful, and also contained additional tips and ideas for lessons, which I also saved for future reference. Thank you.”

“I highly recommend the TEFl.org course to anyone interested in a career teaching English as a foreign language. The course was comprehensive, informative, and engaging, and it gave me the skills and confidence I needed to start my teaching career. The course was well-structured and covered all of the essential topics for TEFL teachers, such as lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching grammar and vocabulary. The instructors were experienced and knowledgeable, and they were always willing to answer questions and provide feedback.”

“I am already an experienced online teacher but wanted a TEFL course to help me understand the needs of my EAL students better and particularly how I can teach them the language specific to science and maths they will need. The course was well written, marked quickly and with useful feedback and I feel I have learned a great deal.”

“This course was well-organized in terms of content and a great way to earn your certification at your own pace. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to earn their TESOL/TEFL certification in a versatile format. That being said, the course does need to be reviewed. Most of the unit on teaching students via phone/online is very outdated in a post-COVID and very modernized online teaching world. It would also be really beneficial to be able to see more of an explanation as to why certain questions were marked wrong during the quizzes. I saw on many of the forums that other users had the same questions about some of the answers that were marked wrong but no explanation was given. As a whole, though, this course was well-organized and a good review for someone who has already completed bachelors-level TESOL coursework and just needs to be certified.”

“The courses are well-presented and easy to follow. The Tutors are very useful, and they respond within the time frame designated, to any inquiries you may have or assess your assignments. After the assignments, they leave invaluable feedback and suggestions on how to improve your lesson plan and even examples of other lessons for you to take. The time given to finish the course is more than enough to carry out, at any pace you want or need.”

“A very comprehensive, fun and effective course. Taught me everything I needed to know to get started teaching, and did it in an enjoyable, easy-to-use way. “I really enjoyed the TEFL course, I was very well taught, especially the weekend 20-hour course. For the 120-hour course, I would suggest some more tutor involvement, especially for the methodology course which I struggled with at times. I would advise more concrete examples of lesson plans for each of the structures in the resources so new teachers can have more of a support access to the resources.”
