“In the beginning, I found it to be quite difficult. However, I feel like all the lessons were very useful, and I learned a lot. Although I encountered some difficulties in completing each assignment, I was finally able to understand and know how to do it. All the feedback I received on all the assignments was very helpful. Therefore, I was able to create each lesson plan with confidence. I would definitely recommend people take this course because I think the course teaches a lot of things that are essential to being a teacher.”

“Hello, I have recently finished the 200-hours TEFL, Level 5: Grammar, Methodology, Telephone Teaching and Teaching to Large Classes. It has all been very useful and well-structured, and my tutor's feedbacks great! What I found strange were the Methodology Unit 2 instructions for the final assessment: "We also recommend you look again at the following pages in particular" and the last instruction is "Unit 3: Giving instructions". Also, for the Large Classes course, perhaps it would be useful to explain if the themes in the personal development file should be handwritten or typed, how are teachers supposed to notice if they are AI or students made, and when should these homeworks be corrected by the teacher. For 100 students this process takes much more time than for 30 or 40 students. Great courses, anyway!:)”

“My dream is to one day teach English in Japan, and I wasn't really sure where I could start, but thats when I found out about the TEFL certiftcation, which lead me to TEFL.org. I am really happy with their online courses, I brought their 120-hour TEFL certifcation, it went over some really great information and I learned so much. It also really helped me see teaching becoming a realilty, instead of just a dream. I feel ready for teaching online, and after that even teaching English aboard. -Julia”

“The TEFL Org delivered a comprehensive and well-structured learning experience. The course material was practical and clear. It made it easy to progress through each module at my own pace. The platform interface was intuitive. One minor frustration was the nested button design to reveal the content (layers)- it was hard to do on the phone. The course itself was excellent, and for me, it was a valuable investment in my professional development. I would recommend this 200-hour course to others.”

“I have recently completed the 120-hour TEFL course and I had a very positive experience. I enjoyed the combination of videos, written explanations, quizzes, and written assignments. My tutor always provided helpful and detailed positive constructive feedback. My tutor always sent my feedback for the written assignments shortly after I submitted my work. I highly recommend this course!”

“I almost finish my course and so far it has been pretty good experience. Just some minor issues such as the volume of some videos are not well adjusted the absence of subtitles on videos although there is a script available on each video page. Overall, very educational and to be honest worth my money although I think the course could be made even more interactive. I was wondering if there is some regular teacher conferences where teachers share their experiences managed by The TEFL Org Team, that would be amazing if there was. “I've recently completed the 120 hour TEFL course and I am very pleased with everything from start to finish. The format of the course was easy to follow. The material was informative and varied with quizzes and assignments after each topic. My tutor Alex was great. They marked my assignments quickly and provided really helpful advice on how to further improve my work. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend TEFLorg to any aspiring TEFL teachers.”

“I did the 200 hour Level 5 Diploma. The Level 5 is challenging as it's a higher level, but it was totally worth it. I questioned my own ability, but passing the course has shown me that I can be a really good teacher and I have the understanding to do so. I just need to put everything into practice. I'm now completing the Advanced 40 hour Teaching English Online course and I wish all new students the best of luck on their TEFL journey whether they volunteer, work abroad or use it do something else. You won't regret it!”

“I’ve always struggled with online courses, so I was a bit worried when I started doing this one. I ended up getting through in a breeze though, not only because it’s something I actually WANT to do, but because it had really concise instruction. My tutor was amazing too, she had great responses that helped me get my work revision correct the FIRST time.”

“I took the 200 hour Level 5 Diploma in TEFL and I didn't know what to expect, it wasn't easy, but it was definitely very thorough from the beginning to the end. It made me more appreciative to be a native English speaker and empathy for those who aren't. Also, the L5 assignments were more challenging, gave more information and a solid foundation on how to deliver lessons. It goes to show that an industry qualification can provide exactly what you need for the actual job, than an ofqual regulated qualification which I did at Level 3 120 hour, so I have the right to compare. Be open minded, the assignments or quizzes may not make sense straight away but as you learn to understand the process of TEFL and the way The TEFL.org works it will all fall into place. The price was reasonable at least in my opinion which I spread out over 3 months. If you're unsure if TEFL is for you do a taster session first. Lastly, TEFL has definitely made me more interested in how we use the English language and I'm interested in not only where it will take me, but the other things I can do with it as well.”
