“I have enjoyed working through the course of TEFL I was encouraged to add to my learning and felt confident as I had a capable tutor who both challenged me and guided me through the process. After dedicating this time to learning, I am confident that I am prepared with the tools and methods that I have gained to be successful in any classroom setting. I now have experience and resources that will be a wonderful support to me as I pursue my goals. Thanks to my tutor Alan who has been an excellent part of this learning experience. I would recommend this course to anyone who desires to be prepared to teach others English as a second language. Well done!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed this course. The multimodal approach to teaching kept the course engaging, fun and very clear to understand. Feedback on assignments was thorough and recieved very quickly. It was definitely good value for money and I would recommend this course to anyone interested in learning to teach english as a foreign language.”

“I've just completed the TEFL Teaching English Online Course. It was a pretty good course, though the resources mentioned in the course should be updated, as some online services and apps no longer exist. The staff at TEFL.org were very helpful and they provided good customer service.”

“Overall a good course. It would be helpful to have tenses referred to as past tense as well as past simple for example. More in-depth reasons as to why questions are answered 'incorrectly' in the Quiz sections. 'That is incorrect' doesn't help me understand why! I would also like to see example videos of online and large group classes too.”

“Poorly structured course, the video course should be integrated with the methodology course. I didn’t feel supported nor do I feel like this course prepared me for my current position teaching English.”

This is certainly unusual as you will see we normally receive excellent feedback on the structure of our courses. We also train thousands of students a year who go on to live and work abroad successfully with their TEFL.Org certificate. All students are assigned a tutor who can help support them through the course as well. You would have been able to contact your tutor at any time you needed help with your course. We also support our students with writing their TEFL CV, as well as grant lifelong access to our TEFL Org Jobcentre, where you will be able to exclusively access many TEFL positions both internationally and online. We also encourage an active Facebook and forum community, which include weekly webinars, blogs and a podcast. We will certainly take your feedback on board, but please feel free to reach out to info@tefl.org with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share.

“The 120-hour course from the tefl.org has been exceptional. I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting when I registered for the course, but I can definitely say it has turned out to far exceed any of those expectations. The modules are well-organized and structured in bite-sized pieces so that the learner gains a great deal of information without ever feeling overwhelmed. The quizzes, unit tests, and assignments are also well-spaced, allowing the quizzes to serve as intermittent review of information in preparation for tests and assignments at the end of each section. My tutor, Alec, was extremely helpful, as well, offering encouragement and suggestions for additional teaching methods and curriculum developments ideas. Due to some things happening in my life over the last few months, both good and not so fabulous, the course took longer for me to complete than I'd expected, but I still found it quite manageable.”

“Course was easy to follow with good guidance, knowledge and videos. Assignment marking was always quick and helpful. I would have preferred more time spent on teaching classes where there is no common language as I feel this was very briefly touched on. Overall very satisfied. Thank you”
