“Good luck getting a refund if you're dissatisfied with the service. I requested a refund after being wrongly accused of using AI for my assignments. The software they use to detect AI usage is clearly flawed. Even after clarifying that AI was not used, my request for a refund was denied. After spending $385.50, I will receive no certification because, in their view, my words are the product of a machine, which is quite amusing when considered. At the very least, they should donate my money to charity.”

“A terrific, multidimensional, and very reasonably-priced education in all things TEFL! ...After getting further insight into the American way of things, I've found that the standards and practices taught so thoroughly by The TEFL Org have been a tremendous guide and comfort to me in my tutoring life thus far. I find my lessons are not just fun and accessible to students, but also freeing to myself, having since discovered a confidence that each student harbors a rich mine of curiosity surrounding their own language needs. “I liked the structure of the course, and felt it covered a good variety of areas. I found the example essay structures helpful. My tutor, Alex, was great; really helpful. The learning online section could be updated post-covid though, given it's widely used already now. The pacing could be slightly faster in the content sections. Overall, great experience!”

“Very clean website to work from, my tutor Steve was very rapid in response and very detailed useful feedback on all my written assignments. Some of the video lessons seemed a bit dated in terms of the technology but nothing that impairing to my learning. Overall, no complaints really!”
