“As a native English speaker with a degree and a high level of English writing skills I thought I knew everything about English. However, I was completely wrong! TEFL Org really opened my eyes to how little I knew about English language. From the first few videos about the 12 tenses to the later videos discussing the 20 vowels I never stopped learning. I wasn't expecting short quizzes or assignments, but they helped me assimilate and consolidate the information I was learning.”

“Really good experience. Incredibly useful information throughout, even for people who have experience with teaching/teaching English. I like that the videos mostly all have text transcripts, and it would be nice if the video observation course could also include this.”

“I have done two courses with The TEFL Org now (120 hours & Exam Prep) and thoroughly enjoyed both of them. The initial course, completed in 2017, gave me a good overview of how to teach and enabled me to get an online teaching job, where I gained enough experience to have the confidence to become an independent online teacher. Recent requests for exam prep classes prompted me to take the second course. Both courses were very interesting, I was able to learn far more than I could have anticipated and the support from Steve was first-class. I would definitely recommend these courses to other people, in fact, I have already done so.”

“The course itself is straight forward and informative. It provides an excellent structure when it comes to lesson planning. I would perhaps give prospective teachers flexibility when using this structure as it can be a bit cumbersome if you don’t follow this structure, you will not be able to progress through the assignments. My tutor was extremely helpful and responsive and that's always a bonus.. The grammar section can be overwhelming and takes time to go through, but all in all I really enjoyed the overall experience. Thank you.”

“I think progress through the 120-hour premiere course is quite smooth. Assignment requirements are fair. The only this I found missing is that Teaching Large Classes and Telephone Teaching Courses were poor in demonstration videos.”
