“Although I do appreciate how simplified the overview is and the fact that there is easy access to any unit, the video options could do with some improvements such as being able to increase the speed of the video with the help of multipliers (1.25,1.5...).”

“I think the class room demonstration videos are great. But I would say that some of the videos and explanations in the grammar part need to be improved. Especially the explanations.”

“I enjoyed the course a lot! I wish the audio quality was better for the demonstration classes, as I couldn't hear what they students were saying most of the time. Also, for some of the written assignments, especially the first one, I felt like I didn't have all of what I needed before I started. The first lesson plan I wrote wasn't even formatted properly, and it wasn't until afterward that I was able to see a properly formatted lesson plan of that type. There is also this one bug where after a reading lesson, I'm booted back to the main course menu.”

“I asked you a question and you replied with the automated stock email you sent when I joined, word for word. Even this took you three days. Pathetic.”

“I found the teaching at TEFL good! The tutors that i had to work with were understanding and willing to give the necessary feedback and help that i needed! Though i found some of the assignments challenging i really enjoyed the course and i can say that i gained a lot”
