“Was really good, prompt and helpful response to my queries from tutors Ability to extend was a life saver. Also suggestions even when passing on how assignments could be better. Really enjoyed the In person course as well.”

“I enjoyed the classes! They were informative and practical and I was really able to work at my pace. I would say that while some videos can be updated a bit that does not take away from anything. I can't wait to apply what I learned!”

“Doing the 20hr teach English online course. It was good however I thought it could have been longer as it did not take me 20hrs more like 2/3hrs. More info on lessing planning would be good and maybe 1 more assessment to put into practise what we've learnt would be better. But great and timely feedback and marking and good responses from tutor when needing help promptly.”

“I thought the content was great, the quizzes test your understanding and assignments were interesting and allowed you to feel like you had learnt and put to practice your understanding. However, I believe that the explanation videos should be done much better. They got pretty boring after a while since you can too obviously notice the presenters are reading a script. This is not attractive and frankly a waste if at the end you can just read the transcript. The grading of the assignment was mostly on time but did take a while and the feedback was sometimes very critical in relation to the simplicity of the assignment. Overall, I am quite content with the course and was able to complete it quickly and swiftly.”

Tutors are required to mark assignments within 48-hours of submission, and they do like to ensure the highest standard so that you are fully prepared to teach English anywhere in the world. “I wrote you a review when I finished my last course. Please stop hassling me, incessant emails when you couldn't even manage to send me an email to warn me that my course was ending. I will never do another course with TEFL.org again as the last one was a total waste of money, I only did it to fulfill my continuing professional development obligations”

“I believe the courses I took are very thorough. I'm in my 60's and I learned quite a lot of new information! I like the way in which the material is presented....in a variety of modes....written, spoken, actual demonstrations of the material, etc. Please don't forget that some of your students are not from the UK and that we, in the United States, pronounce a few words differently than in the UK. example - television. Thanks so much for a very enjoyable experience!”
