“The course is very well designed . It starts with the renewing of the grammar and goes through an extensive training of TEFL methodology . The instructor Mr. Asif is really helpful and patient. I'm very grateful for his support 🙏”

“A manageable certificate to obtain with reasonable assignments. However, certain videos of the different courses could be a bit redundant or drawn out. The feedback from the TEFL tutors was particularly what stood out to me. After completing and submitting the end of course assignments you would get detailed and personalized feedback on your work as well as a fully constructed additional example to make sure you really understood how to make a lesson plan for that particular course! I appreciated this component!”

“The course itself was very comprehensive with good examples and demonstrations. I especially like the tutor Joe from the first unit about Grammar. However, I did experience a number of problems. The assessments caused me several issues. Firstly, the examples chosen for questions were often not taken from explicit teaching in the course which made it hard to find appropriate answers. Secondly, I had problems with the assessor. Often I felt he marked me unfairly based on my responses, in the sense that he would fail for me when my answers were technically correct. There was also one occasion where he failed me, and it was only when I questioned why that he responded to say that my answer was in fact correct after all, despite me not having amended anything. I also felt that the course focused too much on teaching methodologies in a general sense, rather than being specific to the teaching of English. The main part of the course was the second unit which took up a lot of my time and which I felt was mostly unnecessary for me as I already have teaching experience and knowledge. I completed the course to learn more about teaching English as a foreign language, not just about how to teach in general.”

“Most of the units were excellent giving superb instruction. Some were a bit long and boring to watch. but overall very well worth doing. I have only just completed my course and not applied for any work yet. The result of the course is whether i am able to get a good job with the qualification gained.”

“I absolutely loved doing my 120 hour TEFL course. I really enjoy learning and this was such a fun experience learning so much about the English language I never knew before. I am already a music teacher but this course taught me so much about teaching and I’ve been able to use the skills I have learnt from the course in my music lessons too. I am very keen to start online English teaching and I’m also considering doing a few more booster TEFL courses to help improve my CV for teaching but also just because I miss doing the online classes and activities. The tutors are super helpful and responsive throughout and the course itself is very detailed, easy to follow and to complete. The videos throughout the course are well throughout and some genuinely had me howling with laughter at times. I would highly recommend doing your TEFL with The TEFL.org, you won’t be disappointed!”

“A really engaging course which was well structured and pushed you to think carefully about teaching delivery. “Tutor was super helpful and quick to mark assignments, course overall was very interesting and easy to follow however the videos and editing style seemed rather outdated and old. Could really do with updating to a more modern style of editing where hair etc isn’t cut off due to poor green screening. With it been such a long course the videos get quite tedious with them been like that. But the course itself was super helpful and well organsied.”
