“When my Mother was diagnosed with dementia I was delighted to find TechSilver. I’ve bought two items. The Flipper Remote control is a sanity saver for me. My Mother no longer has to shout angrily at the TV her Flipper is so straight forward to use she loves it. I did try the GPS pendant but this determined little lady was having none of it! Products aside my biggest praise has to be for the concept and team of TechSilver. Any question no matter how silly it may seem is responded to promptly by a really friendly team member. The instructional videos are the best and clearest I have ever used. My son is autistic and has ID so I would highly recommend this company to anyone living with dementia or any cognitive disorder. 5 stars isn’t enough.”

Remote controls can be tricky and we are very pleased to hear your mother is having an easier time enjoying the television, without having to shout at it. She managed to out fox the pendant but we are still glad to hear the instructional videos we made are clear and informative. There is no such thing as a silly question to us, and we are always determined to help with any query large or small. “I bought this for my wife to wear as she is a dementia sufferer and this will give me peace of mind on the odd occasions I leave her alone in the house. The fact that I can ring the device and begin speaking to my wife without her having to do anything is very reassuring as she does not have to do anything, other than listen. The converse to that is that she has to hold down a button on the side for three seconds and it rings me, or goes through to the next declared phone number if I do not answer. Multiple people can download the app and make use of the excellent tracking system. I had one problem with the GPS which was as a result of me switching off the device to save battery and I contacted the company by chat and had an instant solution. An excellent device, unobtrusive to wear and easy to use.”

“bought a keyring tracker for my dad i had to return it not only did i have to pay postage when i had it delivered i had to pay postage to return it. i did get a full refund but that did not include the return postage. not happy about that at all.”

“Wow, I bought the wall mounted fall detector last week and it's been absolutely amazing!! My dad had a really bad fall a couple of weeks ago and I'd been stressing to find a way to be alerted if it happened again. One call to TechSilver and they'd recommend a few differetn devices, but after choosing this one I've been blown away. So easy to use, nothing for him to wear and annoy him, and it means I have much more peace of mind knowing that if he falls I'll get a call and can go to help him right away. Recommend 110%, give these guys a go!”

“Not only is their GPS tracker a brilliant piece of kit, but the TechSilver team was incredibly supportive when I purchased a tracker for my mother-in-law who has dementia and had been picked up miles from home by the police several times. Unfortunately, she had managed to intercept the tracker when it was delivered and hid it, so we had to cancel the subscription. Later, when it turned up in the bin, the team patiently and with good humour, set up the subscription again and quickly responded when it needed a small adjustment. I would have no hesitation in recommending TechSilver and their GPS tracker for anyone concerned about a relative who is wandering. The technology is easy to understand, the video instructions very clear and the email support exceptional.”

“I am no technophobe, so when I purchased the pendant tracker I was quite worried I would not understand how to set it up. But there was no need to worry as it was quite simple, and any queries I had were answered almost immediately by TechSilver's brilliant team, who I contacted via email and their website. They were truly helpful, efficient and answered my questions while I was setting up the installation, so I had no problem whatsoever. It is a great device, and in my view thoroughly better than any other on the market.”

“After looking for a while we found this watch from TechSilver. It is a fantastic watch for my dad who has dementia. Having the locking strap means he won’t forget to put it on and it gives the family peace of mind. It’s great that lots of family can be linked to it so it means it isn’t all down to one person.”
